Loved the location and view! Really could use some curtains because that morning sunrise is beautiful but blinding! Parts of the road to the cabin are in very rough condition but hopefully they’ll get fixed! Great cabin with everything we needed!

This cabin was everything and more! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The view, oh my gosh was nothing but amazing. We enjoyed looking out every night at the mountains and lights in the distance and watching the sun rise every morning. I highly recommend this property and would definitely like to visit again in the future.

Nice cabin, but the mattress were hard. The smoke alarms were beeping and after several hours after notify property managers, we had to go purchase batteries to get rid of the noise. Cabin was not ready until after 5 P.M. due to it still being cleaned. Roads need fixed.

The house is beautiful and just like the pics show. I picked this for the open floor plan, table that seats the amount of ppl the house accommodates. We lived on the porches during daylight hours. It's very quiet and with little light pollution, except for the light pole right by the house. We went to be spend time together, 8 friends from 5 states and did all our own cooking. The kitchen is lovely and well appointed with kitchen utensils, but was the most bare I've ever seen in terms of having no coffee filters for the coffee maker, nor even salt and pepper, 1 tab for the dishwasher and nothing for the washer and dryer. The communication was really good (!) and check in and out were great! Parking was clearly stated but was a frustration for our group and Chamber of Commerce had no knowledge of parking available for us. I would go again..with zero hesitation on any detail! The fall colors and house location were a dream, enjoyed the fireplaces and watched the shooting stars from the bed-swing on the porch!

The view was beautiful and it is quiet and the home was new and clean. The outdoor space by the fireplace was nice. Be sure to bring your own matches or lighter. The air hockey and arcade game were a big hit. Only gave 4 stars for the location as It is a very steep gravel drive up the last bit to the home. It only sleeps ten, but advertises 12 as bedding is not provided for the sleeper sofa. There are no drapes or covering on the sliding glass doors in the bedrooms so there is no privacy if someone is out on the decks. Also with no drapes you will be up with the sun. Being a new build there were issues with doors not closing properly. There were too many remotes for the number of fans and could never get two of the fans in bedrooms to work. There were so many light switches that they need to be labeled as to what controls what. We had 11 people staying in our family. Two families plus grandparents. The biggest issue was no bedding for the sleeper sofa so we had to have two kids share a twin bed. Even after asking for bedding after two days they only provided sheets, no blanket for the sleeper sofa. We would stay again now that we know what to expect as it was a very nice home and a beautiful spot close to the activities that we had planned in Pigeon Forge.

We had two families staying. Plenty of space. Bunk beds were fun. There is no door to lower level so if you want to stay up later it does get loud in bunk/ lower level. We had issue getting into cabin with the code but guest services is responsive. It is on a bit steeper of a drive than anticipated and some of the road is gravel/ unpaved. The outdoor fireplace area is nice. Watch out for all the bed frames - we all left with bruises on legs bc they stick out. The swing on deck was nice. We relaxed out there quite a bit. We did have an issue with the fire alarms going off at 1:30am which was unfortunate. They sent someone out the next day to check batteries. We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the video games air hockey and hot tub.
