Stayed Sep 3, 2025The hosts were by far the best we've seen for property managers (we rent 4-6 homes per year between personal and business travel needs). The team was incredibly responsive, pro-active, professional, and just great people. The home itself is beyond compare - had every amenity needed; coffee, coffee makers - keurig and drip, laundry on 3 floors, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher det, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap in all 8 bathrooms, every possible pot or pan you could need, a dual air-fryer, high-end toaster oven. Other than food and condiments (and btw they have a huge selection of seasonings), they couldn't think of more to offer! The commercial grade ice machine was awesome and we used the bar every day (has it's own frig, sink, and any type of cocktail glass or instrument you need). AND they have wine openers - which is a peeve of ours at other properties. Such a great property - we look forward to revisiting on an annual basis.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025We had a wonderful time at King’s Landing. First—the house and location is perfect. Walking distance to everything in Greenville, and spectacular lake views. The interior of the house is gorgeous, and decorated so nicely. Every single detail in the home has been thought of and attended to, and several of us commented that it was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We appreciated the generous coffee bar and amenities. The teenagers enjoyed the game room downstairs and the adults loved gathering on the decks to view the lake. The house was so clean and had so many cleaning products to make it easy to maintain during our stay. I wish the property managers could come and set up my own home, because this was just above and beyond to make everything neat, organized, and accessible. If you need something for a baby, it’s there. First aid need— clearly labeled and ready to use. Forgot something—they will have it. The management team was so kind and quick to respond to any need or question that we had. They even offered to mail back some shirts we left in the dryer. This rental will make it hard to stay at other properties because we now have higher expectations after staying here. We can’t wait to go back!
