This cabin had everything we needed and is in such a beautiful area tucked away in the wilderness. Lockbox made it easy to check in and out at our convenience. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with supplies and cookware. Will definitely stay here again!
Everything was great in this cabin, love Everything inside, the only thing didn't like is that the two bathrooms are downstairs since there are two bedrooms upstairs, other than that this place is really nice, definitely recommend it, would love to stay here again. Thank you
Quiet little cabin in a beautiful part of the country. Fairly isolated but that's what we were going for.
The cabin is very nice and quite comfortable even on 30 degree nights. Even without the propane heater in living room, which looked pretty daunting to fire up. Would reiterate that it is isolated - in mid-September 2023 - essentially no one is there. We used as a base to explore Yellowstone - that was workable but adds an hour plus to every trip. In fairness this was clear in the description. I don't understand 'well stocked' - there was salt, pepper, coffee and sugar, so matter of opinion? Microwave did not work. This grandad did not try the steps to the loft and would caution other grandads on getting out of the loveseat [; One serious criticism which am unsure who to direct to, owners or Kabino. There were endless warnings, etc. about toilet paper and paper towels. Plenty of the former despite warning to bring your own and there were about 4 sheets of the latter. This place is about $400 plus a night so this whole paper product discussion seemed wildly out of place. On balance if Yellowstone is the major draw you might want to chose somewhere closer, but probably perfect if you are a snowmobiler.
House was cute and clean. Nice get away. Stairs to loft very steep
Checking in was simple and place was clean and well maintained
Never had a better nights sleep in my life! So quiet, so dark, so comfortable! It was clean, cozy, and offered everything we were looking for. No question, definitely wold stay there again.
Really enjoyed our stay! Quiet location in the trees. The space was great for us. Our teenagers stayed upstairs most of the time in their own space. The family really enjoyed the cabin.
The cabin was clean and provided what we needed.
Disappointed!!!
Great house, hot tube was not what expected. House was little warm because of warm days.
Overall, we were all pleased with our stay at Hooter Hollow. The cabin was is good condition and very comfortable for our size of 4 adults and 3 children. The distance to West Yellowstone isnt too bad, but we also spent a day visiting Island Park. So although we didnt spend too much time at the cabin, it was a great place to come back to after a long day of site seeing.
Loved the cabin!
We enjoyed the cabin, but wanted to share a few things. It looks as though updates are still being made which we can certainty understand. We had rain the whole trip which was fine but the driveways get soupy. Would like to see an outdoor patio set sometime so we could enjoy the beauty there. Not complaining but wanted to share that the housekeeper needs to pay a little more attention, I cleaned up chips off floor when we arrived, coffee pot had left over coffee stll in the carafe. Would also suggest stocking extra shower liners as main one is shot. The only real bummer I had was having to hike stairs down to use the bathroom. Would consider saying again, it truly is beautiful counrty!
We came for quiet and beauty. Cabin was clean and stocked. Only suggestion is that the directions on the google map have one road named differently than the actual road signs. Was a bit confusing.
Pleasant stay, we had deer and moose come through the property, remote location but not too bad, still close to grocery, very peaceful location, lots of room upstairs, would highly recommend. Try to find all the hooters hidden in the cabin and please sign the guest book! WiFi worked great but the listing had an expired password, had to call the manager to get the right one, no big deal, it's also in the guest book - Only caveat is that upstairs is steep with no restroom, so don't count on grandma staying up there, cheers!
We had a perfect stay. At first WiFi was not working but they handled that perfectly. Great place to stay. ?
