Beautiful log home! As private as it gets, but still close to everything. 5 acre lot surrounded by trees. Newly upgraded deck with 8 person hot tub. Both bathrooms have just been remodeled. Full workspace with Monitor.
1.5 hours from Charlotte. 45 Minutes to Boone and N. Wilkesboro. 1 hour to Asheville. 10 Minutes from GGL Datacenter.
Free charging on our level 2 EV charger.
Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Stay was clean, comfortable and easy. Property is beautiful. We stayed with friends. Husband and I slept in the master bedroom and ANY movement upstairs was extremely loud. It’s an older house. Ok for one night but would have definitely been an issue had we stayed for a whole weekend. Provided coffee pods would have been great. Other than that, great stay!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We were in town for a bike race, the house was in a great location, comfortable, and quiet with no neighbors around. Be aware with the style of house (cabin), the main bedroom can hear all the noises from the 2 rooms above it. Not an issue unless you are a light sleeper, so bring some ear plugs. Would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 9, 2023The cabin is absolutely beautiful and so is the location. Very easy to find and easily assessable by both small car and truck. All necessary small appliances provided, as well as, linens and towels. Very reasonable price for such a beautiful cabin.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We traveled from Canton, Ohio with our Golden Retriever to visit near-by family and hike over the Labor Day weekend. The house and location made for a perfect weekend getaway. The property offers exceptional privacy. One morning we woke up to six Deer behind the house. We also enjoyed dinner get togethers in the fully functional kitchen, dining room and comfortable family room. We really enjoyed our stay!
