We had a great time, plenty of space for a family of four and a dog. The check in process was excellent and the communicating with the property manager was prompt and easy. We would love to stay here again one day.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Very, very nice cabin that was clean and had everything you needed. The pool and hot tub was used every day and was enjoyed. It was located in an area close to all the advertised activities which we took in several. My family and myself would recommend this to anyone for a place to get away and enjoy.

Stayed May 18, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room location was perfect. The kids had a great time and the visit from the bear made the trip..lol.. scary but still amazing. I would stay here again. Communication was great as well with the owner. Only thing I would suggest being different is a larger washer and dryer and the hot water heater to be turned up. That is just me however, I like really hot showers..lol Thanks so much for sharing your place I hope to get to come back soon.

The game room was a wonderful place for the kids to hang out and play also! Some minor setbacks occurred and the host was exceptional at addressing the issues! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 6, 2024The outside of the property was not well maintained. We expected falling leaves of course but the deck and pool did not look like it had been cleaned. I did ask the property manager about the pool and was told it had been cleaned a few hours before we arrived. We have an inground pool and are familiar with what a maintained pool looks like. We didn’t spend any time on the deck or in the pool because it was just too dirty to enjoy. Definitely NOT as pictured. The deck and pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property The inside was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the location of the property as it was private but still a short drive to main strip of Pigeon Forge. We were locked out of the property for over an hour one night because we entered the wrong code on the front door. We had to have our 7 year old climb through a window to access the house finally. The property manager blamed us instead of trying to help us. That was the biggest disappointment of the stay.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024Everything was exactly as stated in the listing for this property and the photos are very accurate. The only disappointment was that the under water pool lights no longer work like in the night time photo which made swimming at night a little dark. We didn’t use the game room at all because we went to play pool and the pool sticks were unusable due to the lack of a tip to hit any of the balls. Other than that, the house was exactly as described and was perfect for our first family vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains. Location was ideal for the Island at Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

Stayed May 19, 2024Great cabin situated off a quiet side road so you felt like you were in the middle of the mountains but a short drive away was all the fun, touristy things to do that kept everyone in our group happy. And with the kids ranging from 2-12 that can be a tall order but this place delivered on all fronts. The pool was also a great bonus that gave us all a place to relax. Our one small gripe was that upon arrival it felt like the space had been vacant for awhile with some dead bugs and dust on some of the surfaces but truly was not a big deal. The owner was quick to respond to communications and seemed kind in her responses. We’d definitely recommend this stay to any family looking for a nice place in Pigeon Forge.
