Located on Briar Creek Road, across a covered bridge, and along a winding river road, this cabin will give you plenty of room to breathe and relax. Blue Ridge is just minutes away and abounds with exciting shops, quality restaurants, seasonal art shows, and theater. With the southern foot of the Appalachians as your backyard, you can try some of the country's best hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, zip-lining, white water rafting, tubing, kayaking, and other fun water activities. You could even try sky-diving, hang-gliding, rock climbing, spelunking, and other high-adventure sports. If you'd prefer a quieter excursion, pick apples or peaches at an orchard, visit historical sites, play golf, or relax at the spa. With this cabin's central location, you'll have tons of nature at your fingertips! Grab your camera for some shots of the mountains or tree-lined landscape. If you're visiting in autumn, try to catch the Georgia Apple Festival, a large celebration with crafts, live music, and - you guessed it - apples. Neighboring Ellijay is also renowned for its stunning fall foliage. Summer is also a great time to visit, and it begs you to get out and explore Georgia's scenery.
When you enter this cabin, you'll notice its lovely woodwork and vaulted ceilings. The living room boasts a smart TV with Netflix streaming and Pandora. You'll also find a selection of games and DVDs, along with free WiFi. Prepare favorite meals in the open kitchen, which includes coffee makers, rice maker, crockpot, and blender. While you can enjoy dinner at a small dining table nearby, you can also venture outside to the front porch, where there is plenty of space for everyone.
Rock in a chair for a while on the covered deck, taking in the beautiful woods and wildflowers, watch the deer graze at dusk as the sun sets, or relax curled up in the rocking recliner with a glass of local wine or a cup of tea and a good book. This property also includes a firepit and comfortable wooden chairs by the creek right down the road, an ideal setting for enjoying the natural surroundings with someone you love. Once the trees lose their foliage for winter, you can even enjoy mountain views from home. You could spend your whole vacation snuggled up in this cozy cabin!
A double futon in the living area offers additional sleeping space, and a private washer/dryer lets you take care of laundry.

The cabin is perfect for 2-4 adults up to 6 if some were kids. A car can be driven up to the cabin although I would recommend a truck/SUV as there are some spots that are a little steep. It is very peaceful, serene and quiet. Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use however it does have electric heat.
We loved this cabin tucked away in the North Georgia mountains. The front porch is perfect for enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family. We will definitely book this rental again. It had everything we needed and is close to town.
We really enjoyed this cute cozy cabin. Great getaway.
Small cabin in the woods was a good place to explore. We liked it for its quiet atmosphere. We would say it does need some more ideas of what to do when you’re there for a week. Like better games to play, being able to explore more areas and I would say get a Hot Tub (yes means you would pay more to rent but I would recommend it). Also the bed mattress for both beds need an upgrade. Nice little cabin though.
I knew that rain was expected. The cabin is on a good gravel road that had been recently graded. No Smoking, no pets was what I wanted. The rain was soothing . Everything in the house worked, I used up the propane, but the replacement was there and ready! The absolutely only thing missing was aluminum foil, to use on the grill. I left a small roll. nice stream, Singing frogs, comfortable beds, hot water... much more.
The cabin has everything that you need to enjoy your time. Even though we got stuck there due to snow and rain, I think it was the best thing that happened. I truly recommend to have a 4X4 vehicle to get here. I didn’t know we needed one, and we got stuck. We have a Toyota Sienna. Anyways we follow the review recommendations, and we brought a bunch of food. There is almost no celular signal. We enjoy our time.
The size of the house was perfect. Clean. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Loved it all. Truthfully tho, we’ve never stayed anywhere where there wasn’t just normal tv to view news, etc. we missed the cable. Satellite. But hey , we were on vacation! All is well!! Thank you!
Cabin was great tried to check in a day early but had no success, made several phone calls talk to several people and it was available
The beds were moderately comfortable, a bit on the firmer side, but it did not give my joints any trouble. It was clean, although there was a weird smell somewhat in the bathroom. They supplied a nice array of nessities for our stay, and the manager was very polite and helpful.
Nice cabin in the mountain. Family of 4 and we slept comfortably with room to spare. It is a way up the mountain so I recommend getting supplies before hand. There is no cell service but wifi is available at the cabin and has smart TV. Would definitely stay again.
We checked out 3 days prior to our departure date. The cabin was nice but not as clean. Roach in bathroom, extra blankets had bad odor, patio furniture were dirty and fridge drawer was totally missing. Pull out sofa was leather and had an odor and noisy. The distance to the cabin from the road is at least another 10 min on small gravel road. A car fell over one of the roads (that’s how small the roads are). We had to make sure we were in cabin before night fall. If you want to be really secluded then this is your place.
Nice house but in my opinion to much decor.
Didn’t expect there to be no toilet paper there. We checked in and it wasn’t even half a roll. Would have been nice to know you had to supply your own before driving so far in the woods. Nothing for kids to do at cabin
