Stayed Dec 12, 2025What a beautiful home with a very attentive managment staff...everything we needed, from a grocery service to and a decorator, to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK! The location was perfect, in between Knoxville and all the attractions and dinner options we needed. We would stay here again and again!!

Stayed Dec 1, 2025This house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday getaway! From the large kitchen and dining area to the generous-sized bedrooms (each with its own bathroom!), everyone had enough space to spread out and be comfortable. The indoor pool, game room, movie theater and hot tub gave everyone plenty of things to do and make memories together. The host was responsive and the home was immaculate, well stocked, quiet, and easy to access. Ideal location, very close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as well as Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville, for fun day trips to shop, hike and more. If you're looking for a place for your large (or picky) group to gather in the mountains, this is THE place!

Stayed Oct 4, 2025We spent a week with our grandparents, siblings and children and had a wonderful time. 12 people in all- four couples and 3 kids, one infant. There was space for everyone, beds are comfy and the setting is beautiful. They had a high chair and pack n play which was very convenient. It is close enough to all activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Roads were great in the fall. The pool/hot tub were having some issues but communication was easy and we didn’t lose any enjoyment from it. The kitchen and grill came in handy and was well equipped. Kids loved the theater room, arcade games, pool table and foosball. Great rental, we would love to go back.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025The cabin was very nice and the whole family enjoyed it. My great grandson kept saying I love this house. The mattresses on all the beds were super comfortable, there were lots of pillows and plenty of room. Grade A on all the bedrooms. My husband and I had a bathroom with a pedestal sink and that doesn't work for me. I need a cabinet or some shelves for my toiletries. The family room was very large and comfortable with big windows. I would recommend some type of shades to deflect the morning sun. The kitchen was well supplied. We had everything we needed. Personally I don't care for the microwaves being under the kitchen island. They were awkward to reach and difficult to read the settings.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025The house accommodated all my family in size. Loved sitting on the upper back deck and looking out on all the trees. You do hear traffic though. Grandkids loved the pool. Adults loved the theatre room. There were 2 smoke detectors that went off at midnight (2 separate nights) due to low batteries but couldn't be taken care of until the next morning. A few little things in the house need to be replaced or installed, ie: new kitchen faucet, replace the ice maker, better stocking of kitchen items that are a day to day need, need a bigger garbage can for kitchen - very tiny to accommodate a large group, game room was a hit, although there was no Connect Four game, bunk bedroom has no closet or dresser, #6 bathroom has no storage at all - just a pedestal sink, the pack-n-play was broken, there was sawdust all over the lower deck, etc. We did have a fun week.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We really enjoyed our weekend. We were confused upon arrival because there was no house number on the premises and there was a different name on the outside rather than Gooseneck. I would suggest you at least add a house number on the building. I also wish we had a yard for the dogs. Otherwise it was wonderful

Stayed Sep 7, 2024We had a great experience staying at Copperhead. My wife and I, my 4 adult kids and 2 grandkids all had more than enough space to be private when needed. The house had a few tiny things that we worked with our local Avavntstay reps with and they were immediately addressed. Pool in the basement was awesome for the kids! Thanks!

Stayed Jul 17, 2024This house is VERY clean. We walked around barefoot most of the time, our feet were never dirty like other places we’ve stayed. We had 4 couples so the 4 kings and private baths for each room is great. The beds were comfortable, bedroom 2 is getting a little worn but still ok. While the Edison bulbs are cool in the living space, not practical in the bathrooms, very dark without the vent/light on as well, which is a little noisy if you didn’t want to disturb someone sleeping, just putting in contacts or doing makeup is a challenge. Kitchen is very well stocked, everything you need including an ice maker on the counter. The refrigerator ice maker was frozen solid. There were 2 broken rockers on deck, I would think this could have been removed or replaced rather than stay there in that condition, I did make management aware. Pool was very cold, a few used it as a cold plunge, we didn’t pay to heat it. Hot tub was warm but only two seats had all jets working. It also rained on our trip and it would be nice to have some cover above it, while there is a deck overhead, it didn’t stop the rain dripping all over you which made it less enjoyable. Movie room was great, used it a lot. FYI information, the main bathroom downstairs needs a night stand on both sides of bed and shelves in bathroom. No place to put toiletries with pedestal sink. No dresser or closet in bunk room. Would I stay again, YES, but it could use some simple updating. Roads to it not bad at all.
