I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very relaxing time in a beautiful cabin with a great of the mountains from your bedroom and back porch. Enjoyed the pool each night . This was an extra added feature.

It wansnt until the last night when my wife want to use the heart shaped hot tub when things went wrong . No drain plug. Couldn’t use no drain plug for bath tub either. That was. Bad

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that we could not use the pool because the water was too cold and the thermostat was under lock and key. Aside from that, there were issues with a lack of cleanliness and the furnishings are really very old and worn.

Real close to everything we wanted to do on vacation.was a little bit hard to find could have had a better sign directing us but other than that it's a GREAT place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: We, my husband, myself and two young children, had an amazing time at the Mountain Splash cabin. It was everything we needed in order to getaway from our COVID scary lives and forget for a minute. The cabin was very clean and the pool was perfect for our non-swimming (floaties wearing) girls. It was removed from the city enough to feel like we were on vacation. At one point the smoke detector was beeping and they sent a technician right away. I was truly impressed with the service. Thank you for everything. We WILL be staying with you again.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always have a great trip in Gatlinburg. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg. The cabin was nice, the indoor pool was nice, and we enjoyed the indoor heart shaped jacuzzi tub. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice but more lighting was needed. The biggest issue we had with the cabin was the millipede bugs. We contacted house-keeping and they sent a maintenance rep to spray to try and get rid of the bugs. Additional pest control measures are required for this cabin. Although millipede bugs are harmless, they were annoying and there were too many millipede bugs. We will not be returning to stay in this cabin and we will not recommend anyone to stay in this cabin.

Pictures a little deceiving as far as sizing but still good. Also pull out sofa very uncomfortable. Otherwise great quiet relaxing getaway for the weekend.

Stayed Jun 19, 2020The jacuzzi and pool are the highlight of this cabin. With a small kitchen, one bed and one and a half bath and a pool table, this cabin has everything you need for an evening after walking the strip. Clean and has a washer and dryer. Keep your food out of the car!!! Saw two bears!
