Stayed Jul 3, 2025The cabin is clean and in a beautiful neighborhood amongst the tall pines and Pinetop Country Club fairways. The kitchen was challenging for our long stay as it is not great for ease of cooking and convenient counter space. It was well stocked with pans, etc however. We were told by the owner there was a brand new central AC unit. There is, but the upstairs is not hvac vented and unfortunately the warm summer days made the loft and the two upstairs bedrooms unusable. It didn’t cool down until very late into the night and made our family/guests uncomfortable. The front deck is new and gated nicely which made for many enjoyable meals and gatherings outside.

Stayed Jul 5, 2023We loved this place. Downstairs newly remodeled. A lot of amenities. Property manager quick to respond. We enjoyed ourselves. It was so nice sitting out at the gas firepit in the evening.
