Beautiful spacious cabin with incredible views. Perfect set-up for multiple families with a king bed & bunks on both the 2nd floor & lower level & a queen on the main floor. Relax in the new hot tub or swing on the egg chair & enjoy peaceful mountain views. Large kitchen for big group meals. Only 5 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 15 min to Dollywood & 10 to Gatlinburg! Pool table, Smart tvs & high speed wifi. Firepit gazebo shared w/neighboring cabin. *Please read everythingbefore booking.*

The space:
The main floor includes a family room with fireplace and picture windows, kitchen, a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a walk-out balcony with brand new hot tub.
The basement features a king bedroom, bunk beds that sleep 2 in an open area, an entertainment area with a pool table smart tv, extra large bean bag chair, egg chair, and tepee. Walk out onto the lower balcony to the chair swing.
The 2nd floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms, including a king bedroom, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunks.
Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans. Linens and towels included.

Guest access:
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

Other things to note:
The cabin is in the woods. You may see and hear critters.

Parking is in front of the home. There are only two cabins on our street, so there is plenty of room for cars.

There are a few steep and windy roads on the drive to the cabin, but not super steep.

Any underage guests in the hot tub must be monitored by an adult at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If you check out late, there will be a $50 fee.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, wood for the firepit, and coffee are NOT provided

Pet fee is $150 per dog for your stay and you can bring up to 2 dogs.
