The home was perfect to host our family that live in TN for a reunion. There was plenty of space to have everyone over for dinner, and while the adults hung out upstairs, the younger ones (teenagers) had plenty to keep themselves occupied downstairs watching movies in the theater room and playing games. The house was cozy and inviting and had just about everything we needed to cook, while also having plenty of seating. The location was a convenient distance to the main towns, while also offering us quiet and privacy. The rental company was also very quick to respond to questions, even before we arrived. I feel the house is updated nicely with newer kitchen appliances and beautiful bathroom tiles, and the view from the deck is stunning.

Disappointed we could not use the hot tub because it was full of crap and very dirty. We were also told we would be supplied with firewood, but that was not the case and we had to go out and buy some. For the premium holiday rate we were charged, we expected at minimum to be able to use all the amenities and to receive what was promised to us. Outside of those issues, it was a nice stay.

Upon our arrival, there was no running water. Contacted guest services. Guest Services dispatched somebody to come out. Upon their arrival, they found the water pump was not operational. We were told we needed to vacate and relocate. After traveling 10 hours, looking forward to our vacation, traveling with children, unpacked...only to beg and plead with guest services to find another unit suitable our families. Diverted to a second location that was completely inhabitable, only to beg and plead for another location (sending photos of the inhabitable conditions, unsafe for any family). Finally, traveling to a 3rd unit in the dark at 11pm.

We had a great time on our visit. Conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house was really nice. The only trouble we had was when we arrived one of the beds wasn’t made up. We reached out to management and they sent someone right out to reclean. The pool table, air hockey and game console were fun although a bit worn which is to be expected. The skeeball was not usable as it’s was missing parts. We still really enjoyed our stay. There was a theater room but we never used it. We were too worn out at the end of every day. The porches and yard were great for our pups. It’s always nice to be able to bring them along. All in all we had a great experience.

Enjoyed this place with a large groups and lots of kids. Plenty of space. Beautiful view and we spent a lot of time on the porch. Only negative was the TVs were very hard to control or didn’t work. The theatre room tv was blocked and we couldn’t figure out how to bypass. Other than some spiderwebs that needed cleaning, the place was very nice and we enjoyed it.
