The host was very responsive to questions. The cabin was very clean and well equipped for the number of guests it would accommodate. We only had 13 people but the cabin would sleep 20 and I could see it accommodating that number well as we were very comfortable in the space!

The description of the cabin was spot on. The views were amazing. Communication with the host was easy.

Exactly as advertised. Spacious and clean. Plenty of things to entertain the teens/kids when we were there.

The house was perfect for our family of 18. The view from all three levels of the balconies were amazing. We would definitely stay again! Not too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

My family of 20 stayed for a week in this lovely home. The pool was well maintained and secured by a locked door. House was very well equipped with everything from hair dryers to an electric griddle to blow up mattresses. The host was very very attentive and communication was thorough and precise. The location of the home is ideal. Not far at all from the main attractions, but far away enough to have some quiet balcony time. There were bear cubs and momma bear that were seen nearly nightly. Would 100% stay here again.. plenty of room for all 20 of us. Really impressed with the total experience. One of my grandsons said it was “the best vacation ever!”

We loved the location, cabin and amenities. Also very much appreciated the attentiveness to the problems…the air conditioning being out in the beginning and the leak in the movie room.

I want to start by saying the owner is an awesome communicator! He was very quick to respond and very detailed with his answers. The home was beautiful and felt like a home. We had 9 ppl and there was more than enough room. This was the first time my whole family vacationed together and this home made us all say we will be doing it again. The one and only complaint we had was the living room furniture. It is beautiful to look at but uncomfortable. Would have been our gathering place but we just could not sit on it for long periods of time. The kitchen was our gathering place and because of the size everyone was able to move around. The decks were everything my mom wanted them to be. She is so big on a view is why we chose this home and she was so excited. The hot tub was hot but the indoor pool was not warm at all. It was fine with us because the teenagers got in it anyway. The media room was great. The game room was a good one but we are a family that plays games so we didn’t use it a lot. The laundry room was really nice because we had to use it a lot having 9 ppl. The towels had to be washed everyday. The bedrooms with there own bathrooms was a game changer. 9 different ppl coming from 3 different homes kept us from having to worry about changing the way we do things. The neighborhood was off the charts! The homes are close but it is so quiet and peaceful so don’t be afraid of how close they are. I hope this information helps.

Perfect for our group of 18!

We had a very nice family reunion and had so many things to do. Very well equiped with supplies. I truly appreciate the cabin and timecwe had there.

We loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described. Location was on point. No negatives or critiques and would recommend this rental to anyone interest in Pigeon Forge or related area activites.

Perfect place to stay with large group, had everything we needed. It had lots of games, a huge movie room, pool, hot tub, decks with rocking chairs, completely stocked kitchen, and tilts of space for everybody. Also, plenty of parking and close to everything. It was all updated and clean too, can’t wait to stay again!

We were celebrating with family and friends from age 11 to 78. The rooms were set up perfect for our crowd. In our group we had 1 couple and one person that needed main floor so they didnt have to go up and down stairs constantly. The area was close to all we wanted to do but outside of the busy part of pigeon forge. Reuben was quick and easy to communicate with! Just know that the foosball table is out of commission due to past visitors ruining it(thanks alot?), so that was not available at our stay.

I wanted a cabin that would be appropriate for 6 different families. This excelled everything i expected. There was plenty to do without having to go out and spend money. We had an 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal and we did it right at the cabin. The views was amazing. We would love to stay here in the future with our family again.

Large clean cabin. A couple of proble.s, one weather related, the other was a water leak. Neither affected our stay and Ruben / owner had them promptly taken care of. For such a spa ious cabin, extra towles / washcloths would be nice as would hand rails in walk in shower. All in all, though, it was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay again. We saw bears several times durring the week, once right next to the cabin.

It was wonderful except for a few little things. The floors made our feet and socks black. Found a fake nail in the pool. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and refrigerator was not wiped out very well. Pillows were hard and flat. Pillows were also too small for beds and had the wrong size pillowcases or no pillow cases on them. Bathroom soap dispensers were empty or very hard to pump out. A few dishes still had dried food on them as well. Also, noticed a lot of dust on fans, light fixtures, and furniture. Besides cleanliness, we were happy staying there. Great size for a lot of people. The pool was the best part for the kids. Plenty of towels and space.

More than adequate space for 15 adults and 3 children. Parking holds 6 vehicles. Hot tub a little small but useable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall great value for the price.
