In Downtown Pigeon Forge/Hot Tub

Well pleased and very satisfied, will definitely stay here again on next trip. Nothing but good about this place.

The house was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hot tub was warm. It was a great place for 2. It would be helpful if there were written instructions for the TVs. It took multiple texts to the hosts before we could see any TV programs. (We don't use streaming services, so we were initially blocked from all programs.) We finally understood that if we downloaded the Roku app, we could access some general programs such as national news.

This is the 2nd year in a row we've spent our anniversary in this house! We loved it just as much as we did last year! Cozy little home right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge!

We stayed at the cutest BnB and wow… 10/10 recommend! Cozy, spotless, and the hot tub was absolutely perfect after a long day.The hosts thought of everything — comfy beds, extra blankets, and the sweetest touches. Plus the location is perfect. 10/10 would stay again

Clean, quiet and close to parkway. We enjoyed it very much. The only thing was the mattress wasn't very comfortable but other than that everything was great!! We will return!

My husband and I wanted our 30 year anniversary experience in the mountains to be the best we've ever had before. This little house made our trip extra special! Keep in mind, I am VERY particular about where I lay my head. Usually, the pictures NEVER are what you get when arriving at the property. This house was EXACTLY what the pictures display. The most important part is that it was VERY CLEAN and still smells new. When we got home, the smell of newness was still on our clothes. The kitchen has everything you need- Keurig, cooking utensils, quality (non-stick) pots and pans, pizza pan, glasses, dishes, and utensils, etc. All are very nice quality. There was even a courtesy bottle of dish detergent and a couple of pods for the dishwasher. The hot tub was a SUPER nice treat after long days out shopping or sightseeing. It privately sets as you walk out of the sliding glass door. It rained most of the time while we were there, and the sound of the rain while relaxing in the hot tub was heavenly! There is always that person to complain about something, but trust this review. Do yourself a favor and book one of these properties. By the way, there are several of these houses/cottages in a little community. Shopping, restaurants and attractions are five minutes away. The check-in process was super convenient. Book now. Don't delay. You will not be disappointed!

Property was basically brand new! Very nice location and very quiet. This is a nice little cabin in a cluster of cabins. Has all the commodities you’ll need as well. We’ll def be calling back for our next trips in the futures!

We decided to do a quick getaway and found these cute, new cabins. When we first walked in they smelled so fresh and new. I am pretty picky and felt at ease. Couple things that we found were you had to wear shoes or flip flops everywhere where because the floors were so dirty. The ice trays had blue alcohol left in them from the previous people who stayed. But the overall a great stay!! We would absolutely go back!

The house is just like the listing! Beautiful inside and out! It's minutes off the main strip of Pegion Forge. Close to the grocery store so you can run and get any last minute ingredients to cook in the kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary tools. The couch is so comfortable you will get lost in it! The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The hot tub is great for after hiking all day. It even has jets for your legs! We'd definitely stay here again! Host answered all of my questions pretty quickly! Loved it!!

House is in the perfect location. Enjoyed staying. When we come back to the area we will definitely check to see if it's available.

My husband and I decided to take an early “baby moon” to kick off the end of summer. We e had originally thought to stay in a cabin, but this little guy popped up, and man am I glad it did!!! When we first got to the cottage, we fell in love with the area and also the cute little village of other little cottages around us. Then we got inside and it absolutely did not disappoint! I think it’s safe to say that this is one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed and DEFINITELY will be staying again very soon. The check in and check out process was a breeze, and definitely would recommend using Chris for your future trips.

Cabin appeared to be brand new as if nobody had ever stayed there, absolutely beautiful and well taken care of would recommend and return
