Huckleberry Hill: Indoor Pool, Game & Theater Room! Hot Tub, Luxury, near Attractions!

I cannot recommend this property. We hosted 20 people here and the experience was a disaster.Safety Hazards: The yard was littered with construction debris, cigarette butts, and a loose metal pole that a 5-year-old fell on. Inside, the pool door wouldn't lock. We had to buy our own batteries to fix it.Broken Amenities: The hot tub was unusable—half-empty, no hose to fill it, and full of leaves. The fire pit is clearly under construction (missing stone) and shuts off every 10 minutes.Cleanliness: The house was not cleaned well. We found candy on the tables and layers of dust on the walls.No Support: I messaged the host regarding these urgent issues on Nov 15th and still haven’t received a response. Maintenance told us they don't check messages on weekends, leaving us stranded. Management admitted this property does not meet their usual standards and gave a minimal refund that was not equivalent to what we paid for specific & unable amenities. Save your money, there are so many other amazing properties to choose from.

House was perfect for our multi-range family. There is room for everyone and a place for all activities. It was a vacation we will be talking about for years.

My family and I enjoyed our time at this cabin so much I’ve wanted to leave this review since before we even left! Then you return home and “life” happens, lol! After much searching, I finally chose this cabin and so happy I did! It was as if it were designed with my family in mind! I had a group of 16, 8 adults and 8 children. I decided for Christmas instead of going overboard on material things that just end up eventually in the trash, my money would be spent on something you couldn’t put a price on, “memories.” BEST decision ever! The look on my grandbabies’ faces when we reached the cabin was priceless! The layout was perfect, FINALLY enough room for all of us! My entire family was able to sit at the huge, beautiful dining table and have breakfast together (every mother/grandmother’s dream.) The location of the cabin couldn’t be more perfect. Completely safe, on its own property, and conveniently located to everything! There were a few minor things but to be fair this review is the first time they will have been mentioned. It hasn’t effected my opinion, at all! It clearly stated in the agreement to contact them if we had any issues they would address them. I’m sure they would have! They were just very minor to us, and we stayed busy! Although, I do want to mention to make them aware for the next guests. The pool wasn’t warm (although the kids didn’t seem to mind, lol.) fire pit kept going out, fountains didn’t work, 2 games broke.Suggestion to move hot tub to back porch.

We really enjoyed our stay and the time with family. There were a lot of things that we really enjoyed - the loaction, the environment, the proximity to a lot of attractions were all great. We really enojoyed that space and overall atmosphere of the cabin. We loved the added perks of the game room outside items etc. A few items that could improve things: - the pots and pans were very well worn. They could use a refresh. - the pool was very cold. We called about it on day two and we were told a work order was placed but we did not see anyone come to address it. We found that the switch was off so we turned it on but it was still rather cold. - one shower had some very very low water pressure.

This house has everything and more for a wonderful family getaway!

The house had amazing amenities, there was someone for everyone! We all enjoyed the movie theater, the pool, the game room, the hot tub, the outdoor fireplace and waterfall. The privacy and location to activities was perfect!

The cabin was beautiful and spacious enough for all our guest. The only thing was there was big black ants everywhere and in the beds so the kids wouldn’t sleep alone in there beds. Other than that I would definitely do it again. Thanks for allowing us to use your cabin.

the amenities here were amazing and kept all the kids entertained for the entirety of the stay. Pigeon Forge was 5 minutes away so it was really easy to get into town and enjoy all the activities they had to offer as well.

Nice, hot tub needed cleaning but with the raint weather we did not feel the need to use it. Oven was not clean, cleaner had been used in it but was not cleaned up afterwards leaving a mess that we took care of because we needed to use the oven right away.
