Huckleberry Cabin - wifi, Fireplace, fire pit, VIEWS! Only 3 miles To Helen!

This was such a nice property to stay at and explore Helen. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and loved how quiet it was. The cabin had everything we needed! Definitely recommend!

The views were amazing! Nice and clean. We were unable to get on the Wi-Fi. There is no password, so I am not sure why. Maybe an Apple issue. The hot tub would not heat up. We followed the directions provided. Other than that we had the best stay! I would highly recommend!!!

This was a short overnight stay, but I'd stay again if the host allowed me. Beautiful clean and comfortable cabin.

Host is avoidant to issues and inconsideratePicked their property solely for the amenities and was unable to use that amenity at all.I politely asked for a partial refund and got ghosted until we checked out. Not even an apology and no partial refund. Then compliments me on how well we took care of the property then proceeded to tell me if leave him a good review he’d leave me one. I don’t do bribes you get what you deserve.Cabin was nice, host could use some work. Very unhappy with my experience with the host.A simple apology goes a long way.

Huckleberry cabin was the perfect spot for my husband and I to unwind and relax! Both porches had a great view of the mountains, perfect for relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying the rocking chairs. The cabin is easy to access and just a few minutes from Helen, it was also stocked with everything we needed to make meals there. We did have a question and had to contact the hosts, who were very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay at Huckleberry Cabin again!

Thank you so much. This cabin was wonderfully-suited for a mountain getaway with myself and my two young adult children. This cabin is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views from the back of the property. We loved spending our first night relaxing by the fire pit, which set the perfect tone for our stay. On our second day, the rain gave us a great excuse to stay in, watch movies, and unwind in the hot tub—pure relaxation. After exploring Helen and nearby parks, it was wonderful to come back and enjoy a delicious dinner using the well-provided amenities. Overall, this was a beautiful cabin with exceptional hosts, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

What a lovely cabin with an amazing view! The furniture and decor are super cute, and the sofa and chair are some of the most comfortable things we've ever sat in (and I sell furniture, so that says something lol). The balcony is spacious and it's where I spent most of my time. I'm a smoker, so I very much appreciated the fact that I was allowed to smoke there. Lots of properties do not allow this. The kitchen was spacious and there were many seasonings available, which is also unusual, and was much appreciated. Lots of towels were provided, and also enough toilet paper to make it through the whole week. The location is perfect. It's quiet and secluded, but you can be in Helen within 10 minutes if you want some action and some great German food. I accidentally forgot my Kindle and charger, but the host is nice enough to arrange for someone to mail it to me. We had an amazing, relaxing time and will definitely be back. A fantastic get away. The cabin completely exceeded expectations. It has a gated and private drive, great view and plenty of space. My wife and I loved it and will return for another stay in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a great anniversary week at the huckleberry cabin. Perfect quiet location, close to everything and inside the cabin was well appointed. The best beds are the loft and basement area. Soft towels, nice hot tub and a comfortable living room area. We would love to stay here again. Thank you to our hosts.

Location, Location, Location! Stunning location. It was close to multiple waterfalls and Helen. Very safe and quiet gated area. Must visit Cleveland Donuts as the donuts are by far the best I’ve ever had.

Communication was very fast and the cabin was very cozy with a nice hot tub and great firepit. Very quiet location and just a few minutes drive to downtown Helen.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property has a lovely view of the mountains, and it is very close to the Mt Yonah trailhead. It is in a great location for a weekend of hiking.

Location, Location...so easy to get to near by places, Helen, Unicoi State Park to name a few. Stunning views from each bedroom, and back porch. Quite neighborhood, very simple and easy to get to the cabin.You can enjoy the cabin and in decide you want to run into Helen and be there quickly. We just enjoyed the ever changing view of the mountains.

Great location. Wonderful house. Hosts were awesome and addressed our questions very quickly. Would recommend this place if your in the area as it is central to so many great activities. Will definitely be back again.

Check-in was good. Codes easy. Kitchen: sink & fridge clean. Under sink dirty, trash can layered with dirt, Oven dirty. Bathrooms clean and linen very good. Linens and bedcovers were good quality Dishes had a lot of chips in them, very few side plates. There was no dish soap so used liquid hand soap to wash the dishes.Wi-Fi excellent.Cleaning company is letting the owners down. The cold air return was full of dust and dirt. Area behind the TV dusty as well. upper sills on windows all dusty. We found the vacuum and cleaned out the cold air return, for our health and comfort. Oven had debris caked on the bottom. We reached out to the owner when we arrived and explained a few details but got a generic response. The toasters operation was erratic only one side worked. During our stay the TV sound bar stopped working. The first step leading to the front porch sagged badly and had nails protruding, leaving a possible safety hazard. The owner was notified immediately shortly after we arrived. Nothing was done during our stay to remedy these items.The table outside on the deck needs some work as the plywood on the top is bubbling and slivering. The rocking chairs are dirty and require sanding and repainting.The property has a wonderful view off the back deck, however it is starting to show its age. A little attention to detail and some TLC could move this property from good to great. We were just wondering when the last time that the owner was at the property.

The cabin is located in a great spot that’s easy to find and get too. Just a few minutes from Cleveland for groceries or coffee and a few minutes from Helen. Nice view from the porch and deer were walking through the property daily. Quiet area. Everything we needed as far as kitchen ware and bathroom supplies was there. Furniture was clean and all beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean and working.Owner responded within minutes to an issue with the tv. Reason for 4 stars not 5 is that the outside property (driveways, fire pits, porches) could use a bit more attention and cleaning before guests arrive.

My husband and I made a pre-anniversary (45th) trip to GA and stayed at a fabulous & private home - Huckleberry Cabin. The home was so comfy and had everything one might need or want, especially the hot tub. Proximity to Helen GA was just the right distance and the hosts gave us great suggestions for things to do and where to eat. I would highly recommend this wonderful cabin.A & P - June 2025

A very comfortable place, with home vibes. Watching the sunset from the terrace was one of my favorite things... Plus, the hosts are just a text away, very attentive. Don't hesitate to spend your vacation here!

This cabin was amazing and the host was very accommodating. Beautiful views, very relaxing atmosphere. It’s a very short drive to Helen. I will stay here again!

My only complaint is the charge for cleaning service. There were only the two of us, and we only stayed on the main floor. We never touched the upstairs bedroom or bath, nor the downstairs bedroom and partial bath down there. They only had to clean the main floor. We also cleaned the kitchen and all dishes, as you requested, so they really didn't have to do anything there. Other than that, the place was so much like the cabin up there we owned for 12 years that we just loved. You definitely have a better view than we did (ours was mostly woods), but we were also in a real small neighborhood like yours. You furnished the place really well! It could use two new pillows for the couch -- those are very worn -- Lol. But kitchen was furnished great. Just needed a platter to put charcuterie on. I used a cutting board and it worked. Beautiful area and cabin and we did love it there.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! The property is well kept and very private! We had trouble figuring out the hot tub and the host was very quick and responsive to our request for help! We were able to then enjoy the hot tub and the beautiful mountain views! This cabin is on our MUST return list!

everything was perfect… all we needed for a fantastic stay

I’m a mom of 7 and needed a week long getaway to just relax and take time for myself. I chose this cabin because of the quiet location as well as the views. The cabin had everything I needed for my stay and had plenty of space even if I had wanted to take my family (maybe next time ). There were plenty of dishes to to cook my meals and it was peaceful to sit out on the patio and read without distractions while looking at the BEAUTIFUL view. The town was about 10 minutes and had plenty of restaurants, stores, gift shops and many outdoor activities. I really enjoyed my time at this cabin and hope to come back and bring my family next time.

The huckleberry cabin was stunning! Just like the photos, but better. Close to town. I loved the privacy and the views were incredible. Also a great kitchen with everything you could need and more. Hot tub is a must, weather permitting. Lee was super helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Overall the property was as listed. We did have a problem with the tub upstairs not draining and the property manager stating that the plumbers had just been there the week before so not really their fault. We just used the other shower. The place is cozy, living area is a little small but we enjoyed the gas fireplace indoors and had an outside fire one night as well. Gorgeous view and sunsets plus the proximity to Helen and several small towns was great; lots of wineries to visit but not much in the way of restaurants that were open during winter months. Otherwise is was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Strongly suggest visiting Anna Ruby Falls.

The cabin was great and in a wonderful location. Hiking yonah mountain and Anna ruby falls were an experience worth trying for everyone. Helen was a cute town!

Really enjoyed this vacation spot. It had everything needed for a nice getaway. Everyone was comfy and with three floors it offered some level of privacy for all. The view off the deck was beautiful. We want to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the area and the location even more. It was bitter cold so we hit the hot tub a couple times but would have enjoyed the firepit if we could have!! It's just minutes from DT Helen. The road/driveway to the cabin is gravel and there are some ditches on each side so you just have to be careful but we did not have any issues. There was plenty of parking. Great place!!

The TV was not working at arrival, reached out to the property manager I was told there was nothing they can do. Than shortly after my daughter was trying to use her iPad to watch cartoons. There was no WiFi. Reached out to the property manager again informing them NO WIFI was told it is a citywide outage. Which is not true we have friends rented another cabin just little further than us they had WiFi. Didn’t receive the proper attention. Was told pretty much there was nothing they can do about our concern. Cabin was dirty and dusty at arrival as well.

We had a lovely weekend getaway for the two of us. We enjoyed the view and hot tub. The fireplace wasn’t working at first but a quick message to the host helped us figure out someone before us had switched it off of “remote” settings. The upstairs bathroom had low water pressure, so we were grateful for the second shower on the main level. Small dishwasher but it was perfect size for a couple over the weekend. Larger groups or families with kids may need to run it multiple times. We did have some allergies to dust on blinds and ceiling fans. Found a jigsaw puzzle in the cabinet with the fire extinguisher. While a Wii is provided, bring your own games, books, and playing cards. We would consider coming again and maybe bringing our dog! Was glad to see dog crate, dog bed, leash and doggie bags were provided. Upstairs bed was comfortable - memory foam - and temperature control was accommodating. Thankful too for a provided standing fan. Overall a great stay!

The mountain views from Huckleberry Cabin are spectacular. We met our friends from SC there and had a wonderful time and by the time we left the leaf color was nearing peak. I was beautiful.

What a great weekend to stay. Water pressure was a little light, but the view and fireplace was very relaxing and enjoyable for a long weekend. I would recommend this place.

A short 10 minutes from Helen, this home was very peaceful with a nice Mountain View. The fire pit and hot tub are a great hangout area after a day hiking or walking and shopping in Helen.

My wife and I just got back from spending 3 nights at this wonderful home. It was perfectly located between Cleveland and Helen, allowing us to hike many of the nearby trails and take in the tourist sites of Helen. The small kitchen was just right for our breakfasts. We used the gas grill for dinner and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub to relax in the evenings. The host was responsive each day of our stay, ensuring we had what we needed, including the updated gate code.

Huckleberry cabin was just the right location to enjoy the north Georgia mountains, exploring Helen and hiking the trails at Unicoi State Park! The ambience is inviting, the kitchen is well stocked, as are the bathroom towels and tp. Enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch, enjoying the gorgeous views and sitting in the hot tub. A nice touch was that the fire pit was stocked and ready to light. Would certainly stay here again!! Very close to many wineries as well!

Great location within minutes to downtown Helen with the most amazing views of the mountains. Easy access to a private drive that takes you directly to Yonah Mountain which is an absolute must do while staying at this cabin. We enjoyed the privacy this cabin offers while also feeling the safety of being in a gated community. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your cabin!
