Everything worked properly; the bed was comfy, the tvs worked, wi-fi worked, and the hot tub was the best of all! Was also able to wash most of our clothes before returning home and took advantage of the pool pass at South Baden on 2 days of our stay. Quiet and cozy place but also 5 minutes from the parkway.

Showed up kind of late on Saturday evening. We had all grilling food because the listing said it had a grill and the grill did not work. So had to order in the next day went and bought a grill. Went to take a shower on Sunday morning and the hot and cold water in the shower is mixed up. Also the hot and cold water is mixed up in the laundry room. Ruined it very nice shirt that I really liked. Hot tub looks about 1012 years old needs attention pretty much falling apart on the outside. Just remodeled and very poor remodeling. Definitely not worth the money.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were several issues with this chalet that would make me to not recommend to others. First the pool table upstairs is not level and the pool sticks need replacing, one of the eyes on the stove doesn’t work, the replacement toaster we received was not very good, the overall cleanliness of the cabin was not very good. Dust on bathroom fixtures, moldy looking shower curtain that was too long for the tub, dust under bed had been there a while. We did like the bed but the sitting couch cushions were worn. We could not adjust the hot tub temp and had to add water to it, felt this should have been done already.. it seemed we were in Bear city. Two nights there were bear marks on our van but luckily no damage. A bear did break the small clasp to the waste can and took the whole trash can down into woods below entrance and it had happened before cause there was trash there when we arrived. Do not like the Ivy that is growing on the trees below the chalet. This is an invasive species and should be removed. Hope this helps. We have always stayed with ML but it seems service has deteriorated. Sincerely James Jolly

The young lady’s working in the office were nice-sweet and very helpful. The reason for this visit was to hiked Mt LeConte. Beautiful hike we were out on the trail at day break to beat the crowd. We will definitely be renting from this company again and have told our family and friends.Thank you Mountain Laurel chalets for the box of jelly-candy-popcorn etc. hopefully be back down in a couple of months for more hiking.
