Nice fireplace and bed. Poor lighting, especially in kitchen and bathroom, and cobwebs in cabin. No good place to put trash on departure.

We had a very nice stay here the only down fall, with no falt to the property or owner, we could hear some loud muisc well into the late night, inside the cabin. I don't know if something special was going on or if this a regular weekend thing. At some points we could hear the words to the song that was being played. If you are night owls this won't bother you at all, but if you like to go to bed early this might hinder that.

I could not be happier with this rental. Host was very communicative when I contacted them. Clean, quiet, beautiful, well furnished - 10 out of 10!!!

Was all great. Hot tub had a bit too much water in it when we got in it overflowed a bit. Very clean had plenty of towels. Great location to go everywhere. Need curtains tho for hot tub room to open ppl nosey.

Host was great. Cabin was clean. Overall a pretty nice place. Could have used a few more towels (and nicer towels). The robes were a nice touch though. Would definitely book here again.

We were given incorrect check in instructions and wasn't able to get in contact with the host. We ended up having to make other arrangements because they didn't respond until almost 10pm that night.

cabin overall was good kitchen range needed cleaning TV was very poor very difficult tk navigate. Never was able find local stations bathroom towels were inadequate old, and only one hand towel

They rented us the cabin from October 25 to 28 and on the 25th from 4 in the afternoon which the door did not open at that time we were sending messages to Stephanie who was the one they assigned us who never answered us we could enter until 5 in the afternoon and until today October 28 at 7:47 pm no apology no answer, so it weighs on me not to give good references from you the cabin we vacated on October 28 at 9:00 am.Have a nice day

Loved this cabin so much, we had the best time. Only thing was the shower didn’t have hot water.

Perfect cozy little spot for a weekend getaway

The cabin is really nice, and extremely clean! The bed and couch were comfortable, for just hanging out and relaxing after some hiking and shopping. The kitchen is well stocked, which we appreciated since we tend to prefer cooking ourselves. The little porch was great for early morning coffee. We would definitely rent this cabin again for a couples trip! Highly recommend!

It’s a nice small comfy cabin and really close to the Hochatown strip which was great however, there are a few things that needed to be fixed in the cabin. The lighting is one major issue needed fixing. Plus the bbq has not been taken care of so was unable to use. Didn’t receive any information about check in until the morning of our trip which was unnerving considering we had to drive several hours to get there. Overall it is a very cute cabin just needs a lil updated tlc.

Great location with easy access to everything Broken Bow has to offer. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the property, though. Upon our arrival, there were clumps of hair on the ground and the shower hadn’t been cleaned.

We worked for an hour to get into cabin and couldn’t get the door to unlock so we just went home.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. The only thing that could’ve helped was a place to store our clothes. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back in the future.

Property itself was nice enough. Minor inconveniences included: no hand towels, only 1 washcloth; cold and hot in shower were reversed; only liquid hand soap - no soap for shower; no ice cube trays or ice in fridge. Only things stocked in pantry were salt and pepper shakers and coffee filters. No sugar. Wi-Fi was slow so couldn’t watch tv or cast something on the screen from my ipad. Bring everything with you!

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet weekend away for our 1 year wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed this little cabin. The cabin was clean and provided everything we needed. The communication with the host was a little delayed, but we did get all the information needed. The lock on the door is a little temperamental and should probably be fixed but we figured out how to get in after looking for a key. The bed was also very comfortable!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this cozy cabin in the midst of Oklahoma’s beautiful Broken Bow area. We highly recommend this cabin for future trips.

We could not access the cabin with the key code we were given. We only were able to get in because we found a physical key under the doormat after sitting outside for HOURS. We spent 3 hours trying to get in touch with the hosts who were completely unresponsive to us. We tried them through the app and with the phone number provided. Once we finally got in after finding a physical key, none of the amenities worked. The Wi-Fi did not exist which meant we also couldn’t use the tv they provided. There was no hot water to the massive tub which was the main reason we booked the cabin. We ended up contacting VRBO directly and they also were not able to get into contact the hosts. This was suppose to be our last night away before our first baby arrives in two weeks but it instead turned into a nightmare and wasted time. Many other reviews from guests stated that they were not able to access the cabin or hosts either and had to sit outside just like we did. We ended up contacting vrbo for a refund due to not being able to access the property correctly and nothing working on the inside of the cabin. We drove back home to Texas instead of trying to stay here. Do not book this cabin. The cabin had a 8.4 rating and the first reviews were good which was why we booked. Read ALL of the reviews!! Vrbo and these hosts have allowed this to happen to multiple guests staying at this property as well as us.

The place is adorable and great as a studio, but the smoke alarm is connected without a battery and was beeping ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! I didn't sleep for more than an hour. The location is easy to get to but is on a busy road. Expect parties and music and driving sounds galore. You can hear everything in this place. Again, it's adorable for the 12 hrs I was there.

We have stayed before here and loved the size and location of the cabin. Easy access in an out and close to the main road.It’s a perfect size for 2 people.

It was a great stay in a vosy cabin. Plenty of food options nearby with some local shopping. Barely left the cabin during our 3 day stay, which was the plan.

This place is so cozy! It’s surprisingly near everything we needed, but also tucked away in a peaceful, wooded setting providing privacy and beautiful scenery. The king-sized bed was so comfortable. We loved sipping coffee on the deck in the mornings and relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. It’s close to Beavers Bend State Park with nearby restaurants and wineries that really impressed us. The host was very thoughtful and easy to reach when we had a question. We couldn’t have asked for a better escape and can’t wait to come back!

I regret not reading the reviews more thoroughly before booking this property. I arranged for two of my employees to stay here for a weekend getaway, but the experience was highly disappointing.I reached out to the host two weeks before the stay to ask some questions but never received a response. When my employees arrived, they found the property in unacceptable condition—an unmade bed, towels on the floor, trash still in the bins, and an overall dirty home.When I finally managed to contact the host, they sent a cleaner and claimed that the home had been cleaned but the sheets were forgotten. This was clearly not true given the overall state of the property. Additionally, the poor communication appears to be a recurring issue, as reflected in other one-star reviews. Even when I asked what sort of reconciliation they would be offered for inconveniencing my employees, they never responded. I followed up two additional times with messages and they still never responded.As someone who owns multiple vacation rentals, I found their communication to be among the worst I’ve encountered. When I asked why my messages from two weeks prior went unanswered, the host claimed they didn’t receive them due to a technical issue—a claim I find implausible.The host is disorganized, full of excuses, and clearly not running this property in a professional manner. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.Please read other poor reviews. D

We stayed for a just a few days and absolutely loved our time here! It was relaxing and peaceful. Cabin was minutes within easy access to the state park and any other local entertainment.

We loved staying here! It's very private and secluded. The location is great and is close to the local amenities. Our host, Stephanie was very prompt if we had any problems. The perfect place to get away and relax!

While the cabin is charming the owner/host is the worst at communication. The electronic lock system failed and I was locked out for nearly 6 hours while a cold front came through. The owner didn’t respond within an hour so I called Vrbo, they were unable to reach the owner. After three hours, I contacted Vrbo again. While their customer service reps were very polite, they had no solution. I ended up using a local lock smith. Shortly after, a housekeeper arrived, apologized profusely that she was stuck alone at another cabin cleaning miles away. She provided me with a physical key since neither the locksmith, her or myself could repair the lock system. There are other multiple maintenance issues in the cabin. Half the light switches don’t work so if you like being in the dark, this is the cabin for you. The right side of the bed is held up with landscaping brick and the left side looks precarious. The fridge shelf is missing. Bring all the supplies you need such as dish soap, TP and extra towels. So beware, you may get permanently locked out, the bed may break and you need candles. The owner won’t care. However, the bathroom, tub, fridge, stove/oven, microwave and floors are super clean. Yet, this owner tried to throw her cleaning crew under the bus for the delay of response. Perhaps the owner should have a management/maintenance crew available for maintenance issues that a cleaning crew can’t assist with. The owner didn’t even have the decency to offer some com

DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!! We booked for our anniversary and it was a nightmare! Host never sent access code and never responded to messages or calls. We ended up in a hotel the first night and also contacted our property website people and they were not able to reach the host either! The next morning I tried to contact the host and website again . The host finally responded through the website and said “the attempts to send us the access codes apparently had failed”!but she did not say why she never answered our calls . She tried to blame Vrbo saying they never called her . I told her we wanted our full refund as soon as possible! We tried calling her to speak to her and she messaged me very rudely saying to stop calling and messaging her, and that she had never been contacted by the company so she could not process our refund! We ended up driving back home . It was very stressful and even if we get out money back the experience was horrible to say the least and it ruined everything! WE SHOULD HAVE READ MORE REVIEWS but we just went with the first ones, then later saw all the other ones complaining of the same thing! Good luck if you decide to still book here!

The cabin was stunning and close to town. The owner was very professional and flexible with us as we arrived early and need to check in to prepare for a wedding. We ran into the cleaners who said they got word of a rush job so we could have it early! We so appreciate the hospitality!

The cabin is a nice one bedroom, one bath stay minutes away from everything in Broken Bow. This is the perfect little place for any couples looking for a getaway.

Location was great. Inside was beautiful. We loved the outdoor fire pit. Only complaint is there was smelly trash left in the outside trash cans.

Very cute and perfect for two people wanting some time away. The location does produce a lot of noise with live music around, but not too bad. The check in instructions weren’t sent until almost 6 pm the day of check in, but we thankfully weren’t going to be there until late. We sat outside and enjoyed a fire and quality time. Will definitely be back!

My son and I wanted a quick trip to Broken Bow for a little fishing before he headed back to college. Our cabin was perfect! Clean, had all the necessary amenities, and more importantly close to the fishing hole. We stayed for 2 nights, fished 3 days. High recommend
