Hot Tub, Game Tables & Mtn Views: Ellijay Cabin

House is beautiful! We all enjoyed our stay. The downstairs basement bedroom seemed cold at night so if you have people who like to cool, this is good option. The motion sensor lights went off every 10 minutes for about an hour. Guessing deer moving thru yard as we saw lots on our way to wedding rehearsal. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was magnificent house & awesome experience! Kids loved the hot tub. We did not have fire & would have if we had a few more days.

Everything was perfect for our wedding weekend with our wedding party! Check in was incredibly easy, the host was easy to get a hold of, the house was stunning! Every room was spotless and the view was to die for.

This was a spacious, clean home in a very nice gated community. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Property is great. Love the swings in the firepit area. Also, enjoyed the hot tub. The guys had fun playing pool. I would love to stay there again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay! We were there for my daughter’s wedding and it was only 4 minutes from the venue. We wish we had more time to enjoy the property.

We had the perfect stay with our friends and kids enjoying the start of 2025! The accommodations were perfect for 2 large families.

This is a large cabin with 3 floors, plenty of room to spread out. However, the sofa beds are only good for small children, not adults. The appliances, mattress in the upstairs bedroom, and towels all desperately need to be replaced. Some stains on furniture and bedding, and I killed a German cockroach found crawling in the kitchen, so not as clean as it should be. Needs a deep cleaning and updating, but the house itself and location are really nice.

We enjoyed our stay and Christmas memories made for years to come. Family photos with the beautiful Christmas tree. This cabin had almost everything we needed, we didn't have a tea pitcher, lol! But couldn't believe how well stocked it was! Even a big new can of coffee! We loved the hottub and the firepit with swings and lighting was perfect. I had contacted the staff with questions a couple times and received prompt responses. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner with friends at the beautifully set table. The beds were comfortable too. The jet tub in the Master didn't work and sometimes the water pressure was low but would definitely choosr to stay hete aga

We loved the house. It was just as described in the listing. The kitchen was big enough that several of us were able to be working at the same time.

When we arrived there was a strong odor that we could not identify - we tried to air the house out and it was still there in the morning. I contacted the owner and he said there were moth balls in the drawers, etc. MOTH BALLS - highly toxic to humans. We searched and discovered over 60 in all the drawers, under and above furniture, on shelves, etc. We never did find them all. Our infant was sick from the fumes as well as we were distressed and had symptoms as well. We were there for a family wedding and could not leave. We washed every item of clothing we brought, worn or not, as it was permeated with the fumes. The house itself is nice and spacious for a family, hot tub was great, beds comfortable and great location next to the wedding venue. The main floor is dark wood, and was very dirty to walk on - our feet and especially the crawling infant were filthy from the wood floor. The owner was very receptive in telling us what the odor was, just amazed he was not aware of the toxicity.

We so enjoyed our stay!! The cabin is so nice and the views are breathtaking. The swing and firepit area was our favorite!! The grandkids loved the hot tub. This is definitely a place we want to return to!!

This was a beautiful home to stay in with lots of room to spread out. It was perfect for our family to stay in for a wedding we attended over the weekend. The host was very responsive when we needed them. It is a beautiful home with great views.

We loved staying here. There was ample room for all us and we could be together without being on top of each other -- which is important for a family reunion! We ran into an electrical issue early in our stay but it was taken care of immediately and the rest of the weekend went great. The downstairs was particularly fun, with a pool table, games, and a big speaker for a much needed dance party.Someone in our group forgot their reading glasses and they were on top of it and called us so we could retrieve them before we were too far away. Would stay here again!

Spacious and clean. A great house for family reunion. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and swings area plus the hot tub. We couldn’t figure out how to get the dishwasher run. I think it might be broken upstairs bathroom sink faucet was leaking and there was a light out in the bathroom. It was raining when we left and our 28-year-old son slipped on the wooden steps to the front door so they may want to put some non-skids surface to prevent falls. Overall, it was a great house and very comfortable.

This was the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in and we've stayed in plenty. The location is quiet and peaceful but still not too far to drive to town. There were so many nice touches from bathroom, kitchen spices and even coffee supplied. There was plenty of room to spread out for adults and kids. The king bedroom on the main floor worked out well for my husband and I by limiting stairs. The grandkids loved having the upstairs while parents stayed downstairs with their own kitchenette. The fire pit area was so nice. The kitchen had everything you'd need to make any meal. We used the hot tub everyday but needs some stepping stones to it from patio. The younger kids loved the swing set. We all enjoyed the pool table. I was afraid we'd miss being on the water but we had so much to do at the cabin we didn't miss it at all. This is my new favorite place to stay in this area.

The property met all our needs. Wonderful wedding weekend. Highly recommend.
