This is a cozy comfortable property, the owner was very responsive to any questions that we had and was very helpful. This is a small property, 1 BR, 1 Bath but it is perfect for a couple or small family who wants to escape from the city and enjoy a little peace and quiet. The Hot Tub is fabulous, the fire pit is great, the back porch swing and front porch rockers are great for coffee, music, laughs and a good cigar! Its very close to the Lake and the Downtown area...

We had a great time, no one was in any other property around us, nice and quiet. Had fun watching deer and squirrels. Hot tub was a nice touch.

Loved the serenity and peace! Exactly what we needed to get away from the city hustle and bustle. The wildlife was amazing, the homeliness of the cabin was extraordinary! I will definitely come back here! I’m the property manager was an extreme delight to deal with, I can’t say enough about her!

The place was clean and in a great location. I don’t mind cleaning up before leaving, but there’s no dishwasher, so the dishes have been hand washed by whoever stayed there last. You have to wash the towels before you leave, and there’s no bleach, so the towels are badly stained. We used the pull-out sofa. The linens provided were a flat sheet and an old duvet cover. There were 20 extra pillowcases, but the extra pillows were square- like giant throw pillows. There’s a keurig but no regular coffee pot. They provided 2 K-cups. We would have brought our own coffee pot if there had been ANY communication from the owner. It’s clearly a managed property, so expect to have your concerns addressed by a VRBO staffer. They did provide hand soap, dish soap, and laundry soap. Random spices were in the cabinet. There was a toaster. This was a budget find and met our needs on short notice.

The Azalea House was in a good location and easy to find. The inside of the cabin was small, but nice for two people. There were thr things that kept me from leaving a five star review, (1) The front yard of the property looked nothing like the pictures on Vrbo. Yes, it was the end of fall, however, no effort was made to clear any leaves and considering the fees, not nightly rate, one pays to book, some effort would have been appreciated as even where to park was not clearly defined. (2) The hot tub is listed as a perk, however, neither myself or my friend could get it to turn on. (3) The booking/cleaning fees were quite high, yet I had a rather long list of chores to do before I left as to not incur any additional fees. Overall, I had a good stay.

It’s not the nicest cabin or neighborhood, but it was great for us. The hot tub was really nice and everything in the cabin worked like it was supposed to. Mr and my friends had a great time and it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Good location in relation to the stuff to do in Broken Bow.

Had a little trouble figuring out the Hot Tub but got it working. It is a nice feature on this property. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed for cooking and relaxing was in the cabin. Close to fishing and Talahina Drive.

The home itself was Great very clean, very Nice. There was only a couple of issues, the doors didn’t lock very well and there were lights out on the front and back porch. The property is not as private as it looks in the photos. Overall we had a great time and again the cabin itself was very nice and clean.
