Included:canoes, kayaks, paddle boards. 6 acres fishing ranch w/ 5 cabins along the river. Lots of private space fire pits--wood incl. Also central fire pit for families & a children's playground. We have free bikes for kids--and it's dog Disneyland! And if the town is setting off fireworks you can see them from our Fireworks do
