Main Floor: King bedroom with a full hall bath (step-in shower) and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Upper Level: King en-suite bedroom with a step-in shower and a full-size sleeper sofa on the landing outside the bedroom.
Lower Level: Futon in the theater/game room for additional sleeping arrangements.

Pet Policy:
This cabin will accept 1 dog only, up to 50 lbs. Pets must be crated if left alone!

The minimum age to rent this property is 21. No exceptions.

Party Policy:
NO parties allowed. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
