Hocking Hideaway - Spacious Lodge- Great Location

Host and amenities were great. Beautiful location. Beautiful area. Very clean. 2 cons. 1. We went in very cold weather and the power was out for awhile, however the gas fireplaces kept us very warm in the house. (Not the owners fault)2. In the winter if there is alot of snow make sure you have 4 wheel drive or AWD. We couldn't get 1 of our 3 vehicles up the hill. In conclusion, we will definetly stay here again. Loved all the room. We had an excellent time.

We spent New Year’s Eve at Hocking Hideaway with friends and had an amazing time. The lodge is spacious, clean, and cozy, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was perfect for a holiday celebration. The location is peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cabin for our annual couples trip. Plenty of space for eight people. Beds comfortable plenty of kitchen space. They even have games although we broughtour own. Area very quiet and relaxing. Brandon, who managed the cabin, was amazing!! He made sure we were comfortable from our arrival to departure. Any complaints were handled in a timely manner which made our trip more enjoyable. We had an excellent experience during our stay. The cabin had plenty of space and an awesome deck for kids to run around on. The place was clean and well stocked (kitchen, towels, etc). The fire pit was great, and it was a short drive to the trails as well. Good communication with the host and property manager. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and very accommodating property, an ideal location to everything Hocking Hills! The cabin is efficiently stocked with most of what you may need to be comfortable, along with plenty of things to do inside if your weather is not cooperating. Martin, our gracious host of this cabin getaway, always quick to respond to questions and kudos to Brandon for his prompt responses and funny text banter! ? would not hesitate to recommend this property and look forward to staying again sometime!

We decided to book this property based on its enticing pictures, and it exceeded our expectations. The wrap-around porch, firepit, spacious living areas, and bedrooms, along with a relaxing hot tub and a game-filled downstairs, offered ample opportunities for both group gatherings and quiet moments alone. Surrounded by trees, we even had visits from deer. There was some road noise and neighbor's music but not too loud. The kitchen was well-equipped (bring your own oils and spices), and the thoughtful touch of pancake mix and syrup was appreciated. The master bedroom bath was luxurious with its stone shower and claw foot tub. Excellent WiFi and Roku TVs kept us connected and entertained despite patchy cell service. Board games, Connect 4, and Cornhole added to the fun, and the new firepit area and outdoor firepace were perfect for marshmallow roasting. The beds were comfortable and the 3 full baths were really nice. Privacy note: downstairs bedroom only has a curtain on one its doors. The dual refrigerators were handy, though downstairs seating is a bit limited for TV watching. The hot tub was toasty, though some jets were out of order. Communication was superb, and our housekeeping issue was promptly resolved. Note that stairs to the cabin and in the cabin are steep and unavoidable so it may not work for those less mobile. Overall, a perfect location to all of the area's activities and local restaurants. We would gladly stay here again without hesitation.

Everything about the property that was advertised was true. Even the pictures, which can often lie, didn't paint a picture that wasn't accurate of the property. Management was incredibly responsive with any issues. The cabin itself was incredible. Exactly as we pictured it would be. Just overall, exactly what we were looking for. I can't imagine this wouldn't be exactly what any type of group would want in a property like this. Highly recommend.
