Stayed Jul 25, 2025Beautiful property. Location is magnificent. Overall condition of the property was good. Here are some the deficiencies:Could be cleaner, needs cosmetic work, more supplies like toilet paper, towels, toiletries,trash bags.We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again in the near future.One more thing: the gas grill needs to be replaced.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Close to town but far enough out for peace and quiet. The deck is massive and perfect for kids and grilling. The home isn’t new but it’s been updated well. Two living areas make it great for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty hot water for repeated showers. I’m not sure they could improve much on this one. If you don’t like stairs, don’t book this property, but I’m not sure you find a mountain cabin on flat ground!

Stayed Dec 21, 2022Overall Hillside Havens was a great place to stay. I only wish there were a few more supplies provided like more toilet paper (sleeps 12 yet only 3-4 rolls provided) trash bags (again there was only 2-3 provided) and some basic cleaning supplies like kitchen and bathroom cleaner. There were also no oven mitts! There was plenty of dishes, mugs etc. Maybe a laundry basket could be added as well. I realize the supplies aren’t meant to last the week but these didn’t even last 2 days with us and i think for the amount paid a little more could be provided. The outside porch light was out and more light is needed for the steps from the top balcony. We did enjoy the little gift basket and when one of our party left their cellphone they were quick to say they would mail it to us. We would rent this property again!
