Stayed Jan 24, 2025We had 5 amazing nights at Hibernation Station. It’s the second time we stayed in one of Jamie’s cabins and both were amazing!! We will definitely be back.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Lovely and very clean cabin that has everything you need in a great location. Upstairs was perfect for two teenagers and having two bathrooms was great. Pellet stove took a little while to warm the house up so plan accordingly. There is a very nice heater upstairs and a few other thoughtfully placed space heaters that also work well. Location is a quick 5 minute walk to town for pizza or burgers and a 30 minute drive to China Peak. Overall wonderful stay!

Stayed Aug 6, 2024This cabin is cozy, modern and well amenatized. The location is walking distance to downtown Shaver, but far enough from 168 so it feels remote. The deck is spacious and includes nice furnishings, a fire table and grill. It is secured so you can let your dog enjoy being outside without worry. It is an excellent place to spend time day or night. As noted, the cabin is small, but it is also a great place for a small family to spend time together. Very cozy. The loft is best for kids and be assured they will love it up there. Just be cautious about smaller kids (say under 7) as the ladder is steep (though very sturdy). This is the perfect spot for a family of 4. Property management was on point. We would come back again and recommend it to friends.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This cabin was an absolute gem! We were pleasantly surprised by the modern upgrades while still maintaining that cozy mountain cabin feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed in the mornings. The location was perfect - close enough to enjoy the downtown scene but far enough away to feel like a true escape. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved relaxing on the porch in the evening. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here, cute cabin, tastefully decorated, loved the large deck. Young adults stayed in loft, ceilings are a bit low as stated but our kids had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.
