Our experience started out very bad. We got there at 4:30 to see people still there! They “forgot” to leave that day. When we called the office and talked to the manager she was completely indifferent to our situation. It was our fault in that we didn’t call them when we got there. We had driven from Texas and didn’t want to hear someone who was indifferent to the situation. We have stayed in cabins in the past and this one was a huge disappointment!

The parking is ridiculous! We had a ram 1500 and Jeep Grand Cherokee and parking was about impossible. The front of the cars hung out into the road. Beds were super comfy, but house was kind of dirty.

Easy to do business with and very friendly. We had a slight issue the night of our arrival but they sent someone out almost immediately and resolved it. The man that came was fast and very nice. The cabin is showing a little age but cute and a good size for the 4 adults in our party. Decorations were nice. You can hear absolutely everything below or above you inside ? It is very close to the road too so road traffic was a bit annoying. Parking a larger SUV was tight. The road is narrow in some spots so you have to back up to let someone pass. We were happy that there were not cabins stacked on top of each other. The upstairs bed was horribly hard but the couches were comfy. Overall a good stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall my family thought this was a very nice cabin to stay in just outside Pigeon Forge. With that said I would like to tell you more about Heaven's Garden so you can decide if this is the right cabin for you. The review is longer than most, but detailed. * Drive up to the cabin not too steep(didn't have snow or ice) * Has two parking spaces, but anything longer than an SUV might hang out on the road. * Nice front porch, but just a couple of feet from the road(hardly any traffic though). * Went after Christmas and decorations were still up which looked nice. * Great views from back decks facing South. Only saw a couple of squirrels. * I'm assuming smoking is allowed on the decks because we saw two pails with sand in them(one had 20 cigarette butts in it, which was overlooked during cleaning) * Comfortable leather furniture downstairs. * Gas fireplace is nice, but on a one hour knob turn timer, which makes a ticking sound as it counts down(you don't really notice it though) * They have a Nest thermostat, which can be tricky if you don't already have one at home. * Ice maker and water dispenser on fridge were removed(ice cube trays were available) * Wife didn't care for the tap water taste so she used bottled water to put in coffee maker. * Hot tub was hot(100 degrees) and ready to go when we arrived. This hot tub is shallow in the middle so you can stretch out if 1-2 people, but bent knees if more than that. * Hot tub cycles on and off during the night(probably to maintain temperature) so you might hear it if you are a light sleeper. * There are several creaks in the floor and some on the stairs that can be loud. * Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Saw a few extra blankets. Also, there were at least two luggage racks we saw. * Living room tv was nice and the two bedroom tvs were smaller, but worked fine. Did not use the DVD players. * Extras included a handful of books, a puzzle that was scattered around a kitchen cabinet, and Rummikub. I would bring my own books and games. * For such a nice cabin the bath towels are sub par. Bring your own if you like them larger and softer. Upstairs shower seems to have a stronger shower head. No hair dryers. * No washer or dryer * Small dish soap bottle, dishwasher pods, and some hand towels/washcloth were on site. * Pool table was nice - did not try out the sleeper sofa * Very close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg

This was a beautiful cabin fit our small family perfectly. While the hot tub was dirty it was too warm to utilize during our stay. Make sure to bring kitchen wash clothes and towel. The view is exactly as pictured but so much better in person. They were able to accommodate us with early check in. We plan to make another stay in the future
