Heaven’s Gate 1 - Hot Tub, Views & Pet Friendly.

A fantastic stay. The owner, Tatiana, was immediately responsive to two questions we had during the stay. The cabin was immaculate, had everything we could have needed, and the rocking chairs on the neck gave us beautiful views of the valley while we drank our post-hike beverages. At night, the hot tub erased our aches and pains, and then back inside to read by the fireplace. We were there to hike, and had easy access to the park and it’s amazing trails.

Beautiful breathtaking views. Only thing fireplace didn't work and didn't supply any start up wood for burning. But other than that we had a fantastic stay

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here on a little getaway. The cabin is phenomenal and all of the amenities as well. Will definitely more than consider booking this same cabin again.

We stayed 4 nights and had an excellent experience. The listing was very realistic and we were able to see wildlife from the back porch.

If you want to see bears this is your place to stay located in a quiet area. And was very suitable for our 40 lb husky

The property was great. Everything worked fine and the veiw along with its location to downtown was amazing. You literally drive down the mountain and park its that close.

My husband and 10 month old son really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean, check in and out was very easy, and the views were incredible! The roads going up the mountain were a little tricky at night but other than that we had a great experience.

We had such an amazing time at this place. The views of the mountains were so beautiful. The place was so clean and nice. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the hot tub. We spent most of the day hiking and checking out what Gatlinburg has to offer. After a couple times up the mountain we got more used to the trek, but still avoided making the trek at night, it's steep!

Great time

This cabin is near the very top of the mountain. The drive is steep and mostly single lane and very challenging at night. Once you reach the cabin the views are spectacular. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well cared for. We did see five bears enhancing our experience.

It was nice, the listing looked more secluded, there’s two cabins right next to you and one right below. Pets are allowed, but the grassy area is pretty small. So not much room to exercise them. Loved the hot tub, we spent most of our time there in it. Unfortunately we were there for the hurricane, and the cabin lacks a lot in the comfort aspect with the living room furniture. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we would have been out and about more with nicer weather. Overall, it’s a nice place. However, the smoky mountain area is just so over done with the touristy gimmicks, I felt like we were on a giant fair midway the whole time. It’s much different than when I was there about 15 years ago.

First, let me start by saying Tatiana is an excellent host. The cabin is very beautiful and well-maintained. The views are exceptional. It’s named appropriately Heaven’s Gate. You are literally at the top, looking down into the valley.

Heavens Gate is heavenly. We had so much fun and the views were the best!

This property exceeded all expectations! The inside of the cabin was very spacious and we especially liked all of the large windows allowing in lots of natural light (unlike other cabins we’ve stayed in where they’ve felt dark). The view from the deck is amazing and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while looking out into that Mountain View. The cabin was very clean and the bathroom/kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The roads were a bit steep to and from the cabin but we got used to it after awhile and knew to take it slowly. Overall, the cabin was absolutely wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay there again!
