Stayed Oct 17, 2025The house/cabin and rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. Very quiet neighborhood and great yard for our golden retriever. Everything was super clean and we had a great time and will return.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023What a wonderful place to stay! We got to see deer both days we were there. Everything was clean. Close to the lake and the river. The cabin was gorgeous. We loved the porch and the outdoor fireplace was the best! It was nice to have a quiet place to relax and play board games. I absolutely would recommend it!

Stayed Mar 13, 2023My family and I stayed at the property during Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The location was conveniently located near attractions and grocery stores. We didn't want to leave and wish we had another week. The host's were fantastic to work with. We will certainly be staying again.

Stayed Nov 19, 2022We were looking for a quiet week away for Thanksgiving, and that is exactly what we found. Heart’s Desire was just that - everything we needed was right at hand. The house was spotlessly clean, and the communication superb. The only “issue” is spotty wifi service and tv streaming. But we knew that going in, and it was just no problem at all. There’s value in disconnecting now and then! The outdoor space is as terrific as the indoor space. You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!
