WHAT’S NEARBY
You’ll love having your own sandy swimming beach on Moosehead Lake, with pleasant spots to hike around the corner. In colder months, enjoy ice fishing, skiing at Squaw Mountain, or snowmobiling nearby trails.
THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Dock details: The dock is located in front of the main house but is for all to use
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
We enjoyed this cabin directly on the lake. It was very quiet and peaceful. However, there was no stove and only part of the outside grill burners worked. We addressed the issue and vacasa was attentive to our concerns.
We loved all the little touches to make this place feel like home for two nights! It was very cozy and spotlessly clean. King bed was great, there's a newer smart TV, some assorted puzzles and games, and an airfryer, microwave, and hot plate for simple meals. This is the lower level of the back building on the property, so a lot of the view is obscured by the front house. But we were impressed with how much you can still see from the kitchen, living room, and front patio grill area. The access to the dock (that stays in all winter!) is great for the full view that I think is one of the best on Moosehead.
We loved the cabin- it was clean and nice view if the lake. Wish weather was a little warmer
Had trouble getting door code did not work. One text message and problem solved. Beds were hard be then its a cabin. We enjoy our stay and Greenville is a fun town.
The property was generally clean and comfortable. I would likely stay again, but these items should be addressed. I must have missed the fact that there is no stove for cooking. There is a single portable hotplate which can be dangerous. While cooking some breakfast, the frying pan nearly fell off the plate On the night of our arrival, it was raining quite hard. The roofline comes straight down above the door. We got quite wet while trying to get the code to the door lock entered. It took 2-3 tries for all the codes to get properly punched in. A covering over the door would certainly be an improvement. The futon is advertised as sleeping for 2. It is not even comfortable enough to sit on, say nothing about sleeping on. I have seen this mentioned in other comments and really needs to be addressed. While the cabin was overall clean, the ceiling fans in the living room, bed room, and bathroom clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. This does not make a good impression, and one really did not want to turn the fans on. While these are negatives to this property, it is generally quite nice and comfortable. I could recommend this but would like to see the items mentioned addressed for a more pleasant experience.
great for a small group of friends, close to everything you need around the Moosehead lake area.
