Communication with the host was great and even accommodated our early check in. The beds were comfortable and enough room for the family also happy it was pet friendly for our golden retriever Kali. We cooked all meals there and the appliances were clean and worked well. Fully stocked kitchen. This is a remote gem that the entire family enjoyed. We brought games and a puzzle but they were already fully stocked so there was no need.
This place was beautiful and cozy!! Spent my 40th bday here! Would definitely come back!!
Great home. Excellent host and managing company.
My Google Maps took us to a different location but we eventually found the right one. It is a nice cozy cabin. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Nice to have 2 bedrooms on the main level as we had 2 handicapped guests. The upstairs is very nice with a second living room/TV area. Two nice outdoor sitting areas. My only complaint is that after a long day of hiking, I wanted to take a long soaking bath, but the tub drain doesn’t work/hold water, so no bath.
My stay at the grand Lake Cabin was perfect for my group of 8 snowmobilers. There was plenty of space for us all and all of our gear. The home was well equipped with everything that we needed. The snowmobile trail head was only about a 1/2 mile away and so it On the Trails Rentals. The driveway was large enough for 4 trucks and a trailer although it was tight. It was also an easy drive into Grand Lake. My only complaint is that there isn't a TV on the main floor in the kitchen/dining/living room area. This is where we would all relax with our large group and the TV was upstairs where we couldn't all fit comfortably. The 3 full bathrooms was nice with 8 people in the house. The Grand Lake Cabin was great and I highly recommend.
Excellent cabin and location for visiting RMNP. Great location for wildlife viewing!
This was a nice property. Well maintained. A small problem with wasps and bees, but that is not surprising in a wooded area. We enjoyed it because it was five minutes from Grand Lake and the entrance to RMNP
Great cabin excellent wildlife viewing and very convenient to the park.
We had a wonderful long weekend & the cabin was 4.9 out of five. The upstairs shower was in need of a good scrubbing. The only other negative was that there was not a hair dryer that I could find & no soap in the shower. No big deal, just bring your own. The cabin is absolutely beautiful it has all the utensils & silverware needed for cooking a good meal. Would definitely stay again.
The cabin was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The location was close to snowmobile trails and was a quiet little community. It is close to town and right by the entrance to the park. The house had many little perks like heated beds and lots of really great books to read/ borrow. There are lots of toys, games and movies that we used while there. There are lots of blankets and the house was stocked well. We didnt receive check in instructions/ door code but I called Vrbo and was quickly sent the email with that info. We will definitely come back to this cabin. It was a great experience.
The home was clean and well equipped. There was enough space for our couple of vehicles and a trailer. We had 8 people snowmobiling from here and there was plenty of space. The home was only about a half mile from a rental shop and the trail head. My only suggestion would be for a tv in the dining/living room area. With our large group we would hang out the most in this area on the main floor.
Easy to access close to snowmobile rentals wildlife everywhere saw a moose in the back area behind home
Loved the cabin and the location. Never were contacted by the local manager. Needed green Pay as You Throw garbage bags. We had to buy our own at The Mountain Grocery. Remote control of living room lights did not always work. Beautiful kitchen with very complete appliances and cookware. Loved that they plowed our drive way when it snowed. Loved being near the snowmobile rental.
