We were not aware this was a condo. Nothing in the Verbo showed this!!! It was listed as a cabin. Very misleading. Also we had the smell of sewer outside our condo. None of the tv’s worked when we got there! All remotes were messed up and had to call and get someone to come fix them. Ceiling fan with light kit in one bedroom weren’t wired right so could not use fan unless taking light bulbs out if fan fixture or you would have light on all night. Needs some attention for sure!

It’s a nice unit but it is a little separated one bed room on the main floor. Parking wasLimited but overall not bad.

1. This property was not in the location advertised on the VRBO map. It showed to be located in the Alto Lakes Country Club but it was not! It is located a few miles west of the advertised location, on the opposite side of HWY 48. I would have NEVER booked this condo if the location advertised was accurate. 2. These are 2 separate units. The description says that it is a 2 story condo. They fail to mention that the 2 stories are not connected and you have to access each unit via outside stairs. 3. The local mgt co will NOT work with the renter to make things right. I contacted them to request a cancellation because the property was not in the location I wanted to be for the weekend. They said they would cancel my reservation but would not refund my money. I realize that I made the request after the cancellation period but the property was not accurately advertised. I did not want to be in the area the property is located and would not have booked it if the advertised location was correct. Thanks for nothing!4. The photos of the property are not recent. The property is much more worn/older than the photos show. The house is rather dark and in need of updating. 5. The mgt co was unconcerned about the VRBO map being wrong. They said their map was correct and that I should contact VRBO. I did call VRBO and they said maps are not supposed to be exact and only show the general area. I would understand if the house was a few blocks away but the house was not even on the map.

There are some sharp turns getting to this location. Once you arrive you have a quiet patio to watch wildlife and colorful birds. The accommodations were accurately listed and we had plenty of room to relax with friends.

We stayed here along with some of my family to attend my son's wedding. We selected this for the separate, downstairs unit. Perfect for our extended family. Our only complaint is that I could not find a dumpster to put our trash in upon check out. The instructions said to take the trash to the nearest dumpster. We drove around the neighborhood for a few minutes, but could not find one!

The condo was comfortable. Lots of utensils for making meals but no can opener. Bathroom fans need cleaning and floor air com grates needs cleaning. Lots of decor but too much.

Visiting friends in RuidosoI’d like the property except for the fact that it was very stinky and it had way too many pillows and dust magnets and stuffed animals in it. When I open up the curtains they fell down it was cheaply done but I still enjoyed myself the management team is excellent

We absolutely lover this condo. Could not have worked better for our family. 3 separate master bedrooms! Great front porch with gas grill, rear porch where we saw deer and wild horses almost every time! Beds were super comfy / all was a great experience. Only thing to note is that the downstairs masters is truly separated from the upstairs bedrooms. Perfect for us as we have teenagers, but likely not perfect if you have younger children. Enjoy! This is a winner!
