Nice little cabin. Close to the shops and restaurants. The hot tub was nice. I did have a problem with the TV in the main room, and they responded immediately. The person who came to the cabin said the remote needed batteries and he’d go get some. We were leaving and the batteries were on the porch when we returned later that evening. I replaced the batteries and still the TV wouldn’t turn on. To be fair I never called the office as we were leaving early the next morning. The office people were nice and made check in very easy. I’d stay there again.

Minutes from the main drag in gatlinburg and easy access from the back road that it’s in to the red light so it’s easy to get into the traffic. We will absolutely be back.
