We had a great stay. Beautiful cabin

Have management inspect the property more. Not as clean as it should be. Window blinds dirty and broken. The pots and pans are junk. TV remotes had no batteries. Fire alarm beeping because of low batteries. Bobby my host was great.

Cabin was clean. No great views as described in the listing, just thick trees. Dryer did not work when first went to use it. Overall pretty good place to stay.

Location was great! Listed as well stocked… not if you wanna cook meals for more than 4. Everything else was amazing! We had a great stay!

Cabin was amazing! Had a problem with the WiFi and they immediately sent someone to fix it. Will definitely stay with them again

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was very nice and clean. We had a bear walk through the driveway the very first 2 hours we were there and saw another one stroll through a couple of days later.We did have some issues, internet did not work, bedroom TV could not get a signal. the pillows were flat, and the bedroom shades need replaced. But we made it fine and enjoyed our stay very much.

Cabin was clean and neat and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent when we had a question. Location worked out great, very easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg!

Great place to stay, perfect distance from Gatlinburg and other area attractions. We had a couple small problems at our cabin that are common in any normal home and when we contacted our host they were swiftly dealt with. First morning of our stay we had a bear visit and tear the Tonneau cover off my sons truck. It was no ones fault but the bears! Would recommend the cabin it is beautiful inside and out, would recommend the host. They were easy to deal with and attentive to any need. Check in and out was a breeze.

The cabin was exactly what we were hoping for. We loved the game room. The proximity to Gatlinburg and the park was ideal.

The cabin is in a good location and was a good layout for our family. However, it was not clean (Cheerios on the floor, SO dusty, cobwebs etc.) and is in need of some updating. Kitchen is very sparsely equiped and most of the Teflon coated pots and pans were unusable (very scratched and damaged).

It is a 2 bed not 2 bedroom not as clean as you would expect very limited tv gameroom is nice. Probably wasnt blood that leaked through the ceiling from under bed upstairs, but with the stains and what appeared to be bleached beams it makes me wonder.

Cabin was nice. Easy to get to with plenty of activities. Only down side(s) was the water pressure was not good at all and on the first night we went to shower, there was hair all on the wall from a previous guest. We also tried doing a load of laundry and dried the clothes 3 times and we still took them home wet

The house was nice and fun and customer service was amazing

Love that the property was mostly secluded. The bear coming up to the back porch was the highlight of our vacation!!

Very clean property. Quiet and convenient location. Cabin had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the back porch amongst the trees! Our son loved the arcade game. I would recommend!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4! Very clean, spacious, entertainment for the kids and loved the hot tub. The location was perfect too! In the mountains but not too far from town. Would definitely stay again!

Everything as expected. Communication with management was above par. Kitchen was well stocked except missing a few staples that we have come to expect. Salt and Pepper, a broom, and dish soap would have been nice or at least a heads up that we need to bring our own.

Great stay for a birthday trip. Peaceful and quiet. Easy access and close to everything we wanted to see and do. No issues during our stay. Grandson thought all was great!

Brought my girls for spring break. Very cute cabin. Was a bit smaller than we expected. Would be ok if you have a family of 3 or less. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a great time! My only tidbit to add would be the cookware needs to be replaced, pot, cookie sheets, knives. Be sure to bring foil & oven mitts.

We love the sun coming through the big windows on the second floor! Loved how the little town was right down the road!

This was the perfect location for a quick getaway for us. Everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself is in the cabin or within a five minute drive. We cannot say how pleased we were with the check in process and staff. We would highly recommend staying here. The local attractions are wonderful. Stunning views in the fall from the cabin

Great location and space

Cabin was in a great location. Perfect size for a family of 3 or less. When we arrived we noticed crumbs on the kitchen counter, on the bedroom night stand, and food on the couch. A bunch of hair all over the floor in the bathroom and upstairs. Light bulbs burnes out,and all the hooks were broken downstairs in the bathroom so no place to put your towels.
