Room was perfect! Only complaint was the tv was pretty small but not a big deal.

The check in process was horrible. I was told our cabin would be ready at 4, we were t able to go in until almost 6. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. The bed is awful. They provided extra pillows but we couldn’t use them as there were no extra pillow cases. There was one extra blanket. No trash bags were provided as well.

I know being in a cabin in the woods I am to expect some bugs.. What I did not expect was the place being infested with millipedes. They were everywhere including on the bed. Once I saw the cockroach I was done..

It was a cozy nice cabin

The cabin was cute and cozy and just what we needed. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I would stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

The cabin was very nice. The location was not exactly what we thought, but didn't research enough for a better view.. We are seniors, so the unlevel driveway was a little difficult walking and loading and unloading. Great getaway for younger couples.

we loved the location and that it was pet friendly. We also enjoyed relaxing on the porch, the hot tub, and walking the neighborhood.

You need to make sure what you are renting is clean! This was the most dirtiest place I ever stayed .

The cabin was cute and cozy. The oven knobs need to be replaced so you can see what temp you are cooking at. The shower liner had mold all over it.

The cabin was clean for the most part. The shower liner had some mold stains on it, could be changed. Fitted sheet was ripped and blinds on door were cracked and missing some pieces. I am afraid of heights so the parking space was a little scary for me. You park on a downhill slope with nothing but parking block and fence before drop off. Stairs to door were a bit too much if you have trouble with stairs. Close enough to town to walk to and a good challenge if your a little out of shape walking back considering you are uphill. Hot tub was awesome and very clean. Porch swing was really nice too. Tv could be a bit bigger or placed lower. Bug free except for a couple millipedes. Bathroom faucet needed to be fixed but they were out immediately to fix.

The cabin was cute and small for one or two people. Only advice I have to give is make a note in the directions to turn at the road where Quality Inn is at because you can not see the road name from hwy 321 as you come in. I kept passing the turn because of that.

Great trip to Gatlinburg and the smokies. Clean cabin with great hot tub.

Rusty had fantastic customer service, check in was flawless, great location, quiet at night. The overall maintenance was not good in the cabin. Every towel bar, toilet seat and bathroom door handle needed somw love. Jimmy did test the hot tub chems after voicing my concerns (twenty years in the industry). The cleanliness was not on point.My professional opinion is; Get your cabins on point wirh maintenence and cleanliness. I'm not high class but I do like the places that I visit to be maintained at a higher standard. Thank You!

It was nice and relaxing

We choose this place because it was walking distance to Gatlinburg and that was perfect. We were there for thanksgiving. Downtown is about a 15 minute walk. The place was very clean, the hosts had a tiny Xmas tree set up, hot tub worked and was clean. Kitchen could be updated but we cooked a couple meals there no problem. Fireplace was great. Check-in was easy. If you want a place within walking distance it’s perfect. (It is a tough hill coming back but definitely doable)

Stayed here for 3 nights, location is fabulous. Cute little cabin, had everything we need. Most impressed with the property management with updated texts, easy check-in and excellent customer service! Loved the small hot tub and much needed relaxation! Bear sightings all last weekend, beautiful fall colors!

This cabin is exactly as described! Perfect location to the Gatlinburg strip, cozy, and still mostly private from surrounding cabins. The property could have been a bit cleaner. Dusty in certain areas like windows, under the bed, and under the furniture. Overall a great stay and will definitely consider staying here in the future!

Cabin was as advertised, small, but plenty of room for two. Cabin rafters and walls a bit dusty but otherwise clean. Easy check in process. Overall, very nice.

Loved the cabin. We could have used more pillows for the bed. We enjoyed the swing on the deck.

Cabin was great and good location to walk to town. Just keep in mind there are a few hills that make the walk back to the cabin a good workout.

It was a relaxing cabin nestled in the woods. We had our dog and when it was closed up, it was quiet inside and did not bother him. We loved the quietness of the location. The next time we visit, we will use “Aunt Bug’s” cabins again.
