Location was nice. The bathroom sink didn’t drain very well. It could use a little updating.

Nice cabin, but needed to be cleaner. Jacuzzi in the cabin wasn't clean and didn't look like it was in good working order. We had to do a little cleaning when we arrived. So many leaves on sidewalk and deck, we had to sweep. Maybe use a leaf blower to at least clean off porch. Bedskirt was in the closet in a bag, instead of on the bed. I would suggest new cleaning people. When you pay for a stay out of town, you should not have to clean when you get there.

As soon as you walked in there was a unbearable urine smell. we tried masking it with candles and air fresheners. This did not work i even tried to scrub it out of the carpet that was wet right in front of the door. We called Aunt buds and was moved right away to a much nicer/cleaner cabin; however, it was 15 - 20 min away from Pigeon forge strip and 30 min from Gatlinburg. The staff was great, but the cabin was unsat.

We loved the cabin. It was very clean aside from the cigarette tall ashtray being full. It was a perfect size for my husband and I. We didn’t have Mountain View’s like I thought, but the location was great and was close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again! We also had an amazing experience seeing bears walk past our cabin. The process of check in and out was a very smooth process.

Original unit was changed to a different unit right next door. The change was no big deal, however the new cabin had not been cleaned. So we made quick call to Mrs Bugs and got another cabin two.door down from the original. The cabin was clean as in the bed was made and there were clean towels available. The cabin had a musty odor and the carpets and hardwood had not been cleaned. The exterior of the cabins were littered with trash, cig butts etc. The 2nd day we found that someone had rented the cabin we originally rented, kind-of disappointing, they are all identical but i would have prefed to get what i paid for. 2 stars at best.

We loved the location of the Cuddle Inn—peaceful, convenient, and close to all that Gatlinburg offers. Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth, which we really appreciated. The jacuzzi tub and outdoor hot tub were both great features we enjoyed during our stay. However, the cabin could use some attention. It wasn’t as clean as expected—there were spider webs in several areas, the floors weren’t clean, and some dishes had been put away dirty. The carpet had worn spots, and the comforter had a small tear. An extra pillow was in the closet, but no pillowcase was provided. The ceiling fan turned on and off randomly, and a few lights didn’t work. The shower looked recently updated and was very nice, but the bathroom needs a paint job and a towel hook. The shower curtain had some mildew. The kitchen had a standard coffee maker (not pod-style), but no coffee was provided. Ice was from trays, and while there was an ironing board, there was no iron. We were only given one small bar of soap for two adults for the entire week, and there was no washer/dryer.As a former short-term rental owner, I see great potential here, but more care and maintenance are needed to improve the guest experience.

Cozy is the best way to describe it. Despite small size it had everything needed for a vacation place. Since Gatlinburg is a place where you're outside and in the park, the small accomodation is fine for a regroup after a full day on the go.

Overall the cabin met most basic needs and looks like the pictures. Things we enjoyed: -The property management were responsive. -The location is good, only a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. -The parking is sufficient as long there are no more than 2 other vehicles in the shared lot. -Good appliances, and AC worked. Things that could improve your stay:-The outdoor hot tub should have privacy blinds since the cabin is adjacent to others out front. -The cabin needs a deep cleaning to remove the odor of urine and soiled bedding and to clean the floors. We also noticed an old wasp nest in the wall.

The cabin was so cute could use a good deep cleaning but overall it was nice. No washer and dryer for our unit. They were not kidding about the bears and your vehicles we are going to need a new bed cover for our truck. They warned us and we didn't listen. It was a bit too hilly and far from town to walk so we had to pay to park. I would stay here again.

This was our second time staying in this cabin. It was fine but the carpet felt wet and there were several bugs. The back porch was not clean and swept and the grill was dirty. We asked for a check out one hour later and were told it would be 75.00 more after spending almost 1000.00. Never had any place take that stance. So probably won’t do it again

Great location, has great view, the bed and couch were comfortable. The only things that need attention is the hot tub and dishwasher. My husband and I never used it but hot tub had water sitting in it and the jets in the hot tub would turn on by itself. I turned on the dishwasher but the dishwasher soap wouldn’t clean the dishes. Over all the cabin was great
