This is a very wonderful place and a great host. Perfect location for our family Christmas weekend. Accommodated 8 adults and 7 children with ease. Very clean and the views are beautiful. It was very nice having such an equipped kitchen for the few things we may have forgotten. Host is very fast with responses to messages. The place was a blessing and I would definitely recommend staying here. Easy to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge if you need to go to town for anything. Lock your car doors because bears are in the area. :)

Beautiful cabin! Lots of parking space. The only thing that kept us from 5 star was trash pickup didn’t happen so build up of trash had to be stored in kitchen and buzzing sound we put two tickets in for never got fixed. But cabin itself is amazing!!! Great time!

Cabin was absolutely fantastic, perfect for our extended family. We cooked Most of our meals and kitchen was well equipped. We saw bears almost every day around the cabin which was cool. My only negative was the beds were very very firm. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Our group of 15 adults slept comfortably…there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, and we loved how much seating there was around the table and bar area. The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an excellent location with gorgeous views. We really appreciated the flat, spacious driveway that made parking several cars easy. The rocking chairs on the back porch were a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish, including easy departure instructions. Highly recommend this cabin for large groups… we’d absolutely stay here again!

50th anniversary celebration with 3 children and 7 grandchildren, making 15.The house was perfect for us, with plenty of room for all 4 families. The view from the deck is the highlight. Close proximity to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National park provided something for everyone.

We had such a fabulous week staying in the Gatlinburg Getaway cabin! Fully stocked with all items needed and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. This cabin is ideal for large families looking to enjoy amazing views and quality time together. Having frequent bear sightings was an added bonus too! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back again.

We had a good time

It’s was an absolute amazing house beautifulAnd clean the view was amazing just wish we could check in early but that’s ok we showed up after 4. It was easy to get into. I mean what more could we have asked for. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We prayed and had church services there it was a women’s retreat so we didn’t go any where much

We all enjoyed our stay in this cabin! The only problem was when we first arrived, the breaker had popped for several of the bedrooms, but the host was quick with a response and we got it fixed in no time! The cabin was clean and the views were amazing! We had a wonderful time! notime! time!

Beautiful home

We had a great stay in this place. Everything was as described plus it was decorated for Christmas. Layout was perfect for our group with two living areas and lots of bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The porch has lots of furniture so everyone can enjoy the awesome view. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed the property very much. Even got visited a couole times by a bear...THE BEST PART!

The Getaway was spacious, warm, and tastefully decorated. I loved sipping my morning cup of coffee on the deck while enjoying the amazing view. We would definitely book again!

Our family came to Gatlinburg for a family members wedding. The Gatlinburg Getaway was exactly as described! The home clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and magnificent views! In addition this home has ample parking! We had two trucks, and two SUV’s and had plenty of room! Most important , we had a family of bears come up on our deck and then open one of our truck doors! We will never forget!!

Beautiful home. Gorgeous views and amazing neighborhood. Absolutely recommend. The dryer wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Bears kept visiting. We stayed away but it was nice to see bears for the first time.

It was a perfect cabin

The listing is accurate for how desirable the cabin is in general and for how many it could accommodate. Our planned family gathering of 14 was reduced to 9 when one branch couldn't come but it let us spread out to 5BR & 5 baths with 2 large common spaces. Four kids ages 5-10 loved the pool table & air hockey. We visited community pool only once-too cold and not heated. A previous renter complained about the lack or limited amount of provisions. Considering possible occupancy of 15-20, that's too much to expect. Owner emailed complete and detailed manual 3 weeks ahead where all of that was explained. Internet and cable were great.

Well kept and wdll supplied , fabulous view, highly recommend !
