Stayed Aug 11, 2021We had a quiet romantic get away! The hot tub was super nice and clean! Everything was convenient. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit was popping so it was hard to sleep.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My Husband and I stayed with Honeymoon Hills Cabins over Valentine’s Day Weekend. We drove up with my parents who are returning customers. They stayed in “Garden Of Eden”. We stayed in “Snuggle Inn” which was the absolute BEST! The cabin was so clean and intimate. As you walk in the cabin, we got a “At Home” feel. Honeymoon Hills staff had the cabin set up with a tray on the bed with toasting glasses, a gift for us and towels swans. Just the company's little touches that they did inside the cabins make your stay memorable!! The Jacuzzi heart shaped tub inside was amazing and spacious!! They even had a little basket of “Spa” items on our bathroom sink for us to use during our stay. The kitchen was equipped with just enough things we needed while we were there. Also, the staff was very, very personable and helpful. Will, a staff member with Honeymoon Hills checked on us at least once a day just to make sure things were going good or if we needed anything! Very Nice! Will definitely stay with them every time we come to Gatlinburg. When it’s just my husband and me!!

Stayed Jul 26, 2018*The mattress is sunken in and needs to be flipped or replaced. *The molding on the floor between the bed and tub is loose and needs to be glued down until its replaced (I tripped on it). * There's mold on the patio fence. * The wall above the stove was greasy. * The white bathtub wasn't scrubbed clean (the dingy gray scum will come off). *The jets in the hot tub don't work well.

Stayed Mar 19, 2018It was a great place to stay. Only problem we had was unit was not ready at check in time and the hot tub was not ready for use on first day. Other then that it was a great experience and management was very helpful and courteous .
