Great communication with rental company

The location was perfect! The host provided great communication and helpful tips. We loved everything about this cabin and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

It was overall a 10 out of 10. It definitely exceeded our expectations and the pictures didn’t do the cabin justice. It was beautiful and well kept. We will be back.

Very homely and comfortable I didn't want to leave! Great location too!

We really liked the property but most of all the communication with the cabin rental company. We will be returning next year.

Cabin was clean but does need repairs. Kitchen drawers ready to fall out. Had basic glassware no wine glasses. Hot tub was nice . Washer and dryer was missing even though complimentary laundry soap was present.carpet definitely needs replacement.

Enjoyed time on property. Very clean and great communication with property management.

It was a nice and relaxing get away i will be back again

It was a nice cabin. A few things to note, though. The grill gas hose leaked propane and the grill would not ignite. The dishwasher would not start. And then a few little things like the porch light not working and the sinks stopping up. The bath tub knob is broken and is a struggle to get the water to turn off, so we didn’t even take a bath. Other than that, it was a peaceful and fun trip!

The listing is 100% an accurate. There is no pull out bed. There was nowhere for my kids to sleep. BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! There was no toilet paper. The trash door is broke. There was only two towels on the property. The bedroom TV and cable does not work. The upstairs TV and cable does not work. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and would NOT suggest spending your hard earned money here ! Baby

Great cabin, convenient to down town Gatlinburg. Cozy and clean and the hot tub was a plus! Neighbors were loud in the middle of the night in their hot tub, other than it was quiet during the day.

Clean cabin, roomy, close to downtown and restaurants..no mountain view and not much privacy

Overall the stay was really nice. Cabin was just as described, and was walkable to downtown. The hot tub was extremely clean! Video game was a nice feature. The new interior paint was a nice touch but the interior carpet, the king bed and all bedding desperately need to be replaced.

Definitely would return and stay in the same cabin which was only a mile from the strip.

Needs a new mattress and a washer/dryer.

The cabin was perfect. It was in the perfect location, just minutes from Gatlinburg, and very cozy. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. The only thing I would change is the coffee pot. I went prepared for a Keurig. Other than that it was the perfect getaway.

To close to neighbors but good spot

We were on our honeymoon. The listing pictures online weren’t accurate to the current condition it was in when we were there. It was hard to get into the front door because it was swollen and hard to open and shut. One burner didn’t work on the stove and one burner didn’t work on the propane grill outside. The cleaning brush for the grill was snapped in half and needed to be replaced. There was only one fork inside the house. They came and gave us more which was nice but they should have already been there. 90% of the dishes were dirty. We had to reclean them before we could use them. The shower drain wasn’t securely fastened to the floor to where it moved and it exposed a hole in the floor. If we weren’t careful we could have hurt ourselves. There were cobwebs everywhere inside and on the porch. We adapted but it was very disappointing and disheartening for the price you pay. You expect after you pay the price it would be more maintained and you wouldn’t have to worry about things and be able to enjoy the stay.

Nice little cabin for a couple or small family. Great location to walk to town. Just prepare for the uphill walk back. Was the perfect spot for us.

We really enjoyed the location of this cabin to gatlinburg 2 minutes and you driving on the main road. It’s an older home but they have remodeled and there’s a few minor issues but that’s no different than any other home. We enjoyed the hot tub and screened in porch. Everything was clean, host communicated very well we just stayed out doing activities more than we were at the cabin. But would and will stay there again.
