I have 4 stars because I was not happy with the kitchen equipment need a better coffee maker and pots and pan for the kitchen. I like to make my coffee in the morning but the coffee maker don’t have the right pot. But over all the cabin is very nice

I like your cabin and its location. However, it was not clean. You should also buy new pots and pans, the ones there have surely seen better days. We had to buy a large pot and we just left it there for your next guests. The hot tub is also in need of repair or replacement and the cover does not fit on properly. There was no toaster. On a plus side, the Keurig had a hole in the reservoir, and they replaced that before days end! Nice place you just need some better up keep!

The Gatlinburg experience was awesome, mostly because of our location and amenities that the house offered. Our kids enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi to its fullest and it was fantastic waking and reading on the front porch and/back patio. The best part is that the family got to enjoy viewing of a black bear from a safe distance at the home! One of my favorite stays yet!

It was a very nice weekend with friends in a beautiful house. We came to explore new hiking trails. The house had everything we needed. Our only concern was the Greek which was not clean and when we started using it the alarm went off because of the smog. We texted the owner,

This cabin was in a great location with only about a 10-15 minute drive to the strip in Gatlinburg. We had 3 bear sightings while we were there, all within half a mile of the cabin. The cabin could use some updating and needed to be cleaned a little better, but it served its purpose for our weekend family getaway.

House is well maintained and clean. The property manager was pleasant and helpful. The drive in is seriously up a hill but easy enough to get into. The area is really lovely. We saw bears and 3 baby owls!

This cabin was spacious and clean! Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids with room for more if we needed!! Beds were comfortable ! Loved the hot tub! In a great location, far enough from the crowds but a short easy drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National park!

Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a very nice place. The space was terrific, the communication with the host and accessibility to the property was tremendous, and all of the amenities were fine. While we didn't use any of the TVs or Hottub (so I can't comment on those), the furniture was all comfortable and plentiful. We would definitely stay there again. Minor issues: 1) While the location was very close to downtown, Gatlinburg, you had to go THROUGH downtown Gatlinburg to get to everything in Pigeon Forge. Hence, what would normally take 10 minutes usually took 35 (Downtown Gatlinburg is WAY too crowded and it costs 20 to park, even if you are only going for a little bit); 2) The lock on the front door was difficult to lock (when I thought that it was locked, I could still pull the door open with a little oomph); 3) The lack of trash bags and paper products was aggravating (we're supposed to bring our own trash bags and toilet paper?).

The location of the home is fantastic as it’s very close to a large grocery store & just a few miles from downtown Gatlinburg. We had a family of 7 staying there ranging in age from 15-55 and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The cabin was clean and looks exactly like it does in pictures. Wonderful porches & rocking chairs! Beds were comfy too. We didn’t use the hot tub at all but it was a nice option to have.

The a/c was froze up, the HOT TUB did not work!! It took till after 4:00 to get someone out there to look at the a/c. Then it took till the day before we were leaving to get the hot tub working!!! We had 1 day with a working hot tub. They should tell people about the steep stairs going upstairs. They are not elderly friendly!! The a/c & hot tub, should have been fixed before renting to someone.

Our group consisted of four generations of family, ranging from 1 yr old up to 88! The bedrooms, living space and activities available were exactly what we needed. We all enjoyed the porches throughout the weekend. This cabin was so close to the grocery and Gatlinburg, but it's located in a peaceful quiet setting.

the property was clean, everything worked as it should. We had 14 family members and we all were very comfortable. The only thing was the pool was in construction due to a storm had done some damage to it. I didn't know this before we arrived. We never found the other pool.

Very spacious property! We had 12 in our group. The bedroom on the main floor was perfect for my elderly dad and his wife. The ensuite bathroom was so big, we stored extra items in there! The 2 bedrooms upstairs were huge as well as the shared bathroom. The downstais was perfect for my 4 grandchildren with a TV, lots of seating, pool table and other games to play. The bedroom with the bunkbeds was perfect for the kids! The other bedroom and bathroom was nice, since we had such a large group. Overall, it was very rustic and fit out family well!
