Escape to this secluded cabin for a tranquil getaway!
Private fishing access to 1/4 mile of the White River. This beautiful cabin is the ideal jumping off point for year round outdoor recreation opportunities, including fishing, hiking, hunting, offroading, ATVing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more.
Located at the edge of the Flat Tops Wilderness Area and White River National Forest, less than 40 minutes away from Trappers Peak.
This property is protected by two closed circuit security cameras. Both cameras are located on the front of the cabin, one directed towards the door the other towards the driveway.
The place was clean, the owner left maps of the area, fishing passes if we wanted to go fishing and was available to answer any questions we had. The place is a about a 50 minute drive to a grocery store so I would suggest stopping before getting to the cabin for supplies. The view was beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again.
It was located close to trails & Public land. Seen lots of wild life near by.
Loved the cabin. Great place to relax.
This is a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The porch is a great place to sit and unwind and watch the beautiful humming birds!!!!
What a great area for trout fishing, hiking and OHV riding. Very pleasant temps. Due to the heavy snowfall last winter the rivers were roaring, but the flowers were beautiful. We needed some better directions to the cabin. Phone service is spotty and GPS won't work, or us old guys couldn't work it. Two yearling moose walked by cabin!
We had Ana amazing time at this property! It was a wonderful place to use as our home base during hunting season!
A group of us were hunting on the flat top mountains. This location was great. Easy access to the hunting areas as well as driving into town for dinner.
All it was supposed to be. Very, very nice stay. Adam was easy to contact and the location was perfect for us. Beautiful area for sure. Great week !!!
This was a comfortable cabin and great access to mountain trails! The location is quite remote which is a positive thing in about every way. The only problem for us was not having cellphone service for about 24 hours before check in and not being able to receive the code to get into the cabin. Fortunately the owner of the property next door happened to be there and was able to get that information for us. Don’t know what we would have done otherwise.
During this trip, we used this property as a basecamp to enjoy the Flattops. It was quite and peaceful and had all the the comforts of home we needed. We cooked, grilled and enjoyed the firepit!
The cabin was almost what I had planned. It was clean and comfortable for the family. I had hoped it would have been more accessible to the river, I never found the pathway to the lake that is pictured in the listing. Going in June is quite a bit different then going when there is snow I imagine. But it was a nice place to unwind and chill out for a couple days on our cross country trip. Thank You Adam.
