Stayed Dec 30, 2025Great stay - enough room for multiple families and close to the snow/big trees! Rooms were very comfortable, was a plus that there was two master suites with King beds. Games in the garbage were a bonus for the kids to play with! Will definitely look to return again. Had a couple minor issues during our stay that we contacted the host for and she was quick to respond and easily resolve.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024We stayed here with family (7 total) for 2024 Thanksgiving week and it was absolutely fantastic! Comfortable home, great view, incredible location. Having a downstairs room with a bathroom was really convenient for our older parents. Loved the main room with kitchen, dining, and living room (with a fireplace) where we could all hang out and enjoy hanging out. Lots of water pressure and instant hot water everywhere was awesome! The only issue we had was finding dog hair on the carpet in the living room and someone left a small vial of marijuana in one of the drawers in a bedroom. I contacted the host by email and never got a response. None of this affected our time there, but I was disappointed that we never hear back. I didn't try to call the host as this was not an emergency, just something I wanted to make sure they were aware of. The only recommendation I would make is for the owner/host to provide more towels, as each bedroom only had 2 and it would have been nice to have more as we did not want to do any laundry while we were there. The kitchen also could have had more towels as there were only 3 dish towels in there. Again, not the end of the world. We will definitely be back if we decide to do another trip up to Arnold in the future!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Mom’s weekend was amazing! The house was clean, comfortable and lots of space. We could’ve spent all our time on the patio. Close to Big Trees and Murphy’s.
