Game Room, Fire Pit, Deck: Remodeled Pinetop Cabin

Loved, loved, loved! Fun, fun, fun! This cabin is so cute, peaceful, and clean. Everything is provided, bring food and clothes only. Game room, flat screens all over, cozy balcony fire place and comfy beds. I will definitely send this info to friends and definitely return.

Another great week at this cabin in the woods. This was our third visit here and will be back for the fourth.

Had so much fun we extended an extra night. Home was comfortably furnished, clean and spacious. Having the game room was perfect for fun family time for our non scheduled hours. We are golfers, so the convenience of walking out the back door over to the clubhouse for meal or golf was great. Enjoyed walking cart path every evening. Outside of golfing, we also enjoyed 2 days of horseback riding and seeing the Raptor show at the White Mountain Nature Center. Grandkids were visiting from CO and enjoyed splitting our time between Saddlebrooke and Pinetop. They want a repeat!

Great relaxing stay escaping the Valley Heat. Visited the Sunrise Ski Resort and took the chair lifts with our 3 young grandkids. Played a lot of games and cooked all meals at the rental. Great response to a few early concerns.

What an enjoyable time we had relaxing in this beautiful place. It was very clean, comfortable and inviting. We had everything we needed and then some. There was extra coffee & tea and even snacks. This was a great place to unwind and chill out. I will book this place again!

This was our second stay at this property. House has been freshly renovated and very comfortable . Walk to the golf course. Game room is a bonus. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. Management team is superb and easy to work with. We are already planning a 3rd return next summer.

I cant say enough about the management and manager for this property. The kitchen is stocked like you would stock your own home and more. Very clean, accomadating and responsive. The manager sent us a text alerting us the EV charger wasnt charging and reboot the system. Now thats service!!

Property is located near the 10th tee of the Pinetop Lakes Golf Course. Although an older property, there have been numerous upgrades and renovations including the large kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and carpet throughout. The back deck has a nice view of the course, but needs refinishing. Perhaps that's a project that's coming. The living spaces, kitchen, dining, master bedroom and deck are all upstairs, so hauling things like ice chests, suitcases and groceries was a bit of a challenge. There appears to be an elevator in the unit, but it is not available to guests - can definitely see why it was needed. Kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could want/need for an extended stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Game room would be fun for a family with children. Owner was responsive to questions and allowed us to check-in early which was nice. Would be a good place for young families.

Beautiful property in a great location. Excellent communication from the property manager and owner before, during and after our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Left the valley to spend three nights at this property with some friends to prepare for an upcoming event. The house provided the quietness, comfort and outdoor area that made our stay very enjoyable. Beautiful home and property - highly recommended.

We arrived July 3rd, 2 adults, 3 older teenagers and 2 grandparents, and departed July 7th. You could tell the home was recently remodeled and very clean. There was a welcome basket with snacks, a jar of bite sized candy, a big variety of coffee pods and condiments. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the back deck was a section of pine trees overlooking the 10th fairway. The best feature was the game room which was enjoyed by everyone. Luckily the home was air conditioned as outside temps reached 90*. Only a slight issue as there was no cable, only Roku TV. However you could download Netflix, Hulu, etc using your own account which we did. I would definitely recommend this home for a family getaway and would book another stay in the future.
