Stayed Jun 15, 2023Good Location- to walk across to Frio River to stay in an area and float. River not flowing now (nothing to do with the property owner - : ) ) Easy 10 minute drive to Garner State Park Our first time to drive across Texas to try to float the Frio. We were not able to float due to no flow very low in spots- lots of walking with tubes on slippery rocks. The place was well-kept, nice, and quiet. No wi-fi for us but that is ok when getting away. Nice owners as well.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Very clean cabins. Kitchens had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. It just happened that my entire family was together over the 4th of July weekend so very grateful we had eachother while listening to the Guadalupe devastation. I highly recommend Frio Acres Cabins!
