Stayed Sep 17, 2025Overall, this was a great space for our family and friends to stay together. Though it could use a little TLC; shower curtain missing from one of the bathrooms, condensation build-up in air-conditioning unit caused some cooling issues. But all and all, it was a wonderful stay. And we even got to see a bear!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Excellent large cabin. We had 13 people. Only 2 were couples, everyone enjoyed own bedroom with private bath. Spectacular Views! Pool, hot tub in excellent order. Home theater was an awesome adventure, though the sound as it is is kind of weak. Only a 15-20 minute drive to Dollywood and Splash water park. Everyone loved those. Also hiked in Smokey Mountain Park. Then back to enjoy the huge deck, which is awesome for afternoon and sunset! Enjoyed the pool table, too. Because the ceilings are so gorgeously high, the stairs to bottom and top floors are long. Best to let elders have the 2 very nice main floor bedrooms. Enjoy!

Stayed Feb 3, 2025Nice house with mountain views. Enjoyed the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms and large kitchen/dinning area to accommodate our group size. There is a nice bar area, outdoor deck, pool, pool table, and hot tub. The pool jets and waterfall were not operational during our stay, but the pool was functional and warm. A little wear and tear on some of the exterior doors and on the cook wear in the kitchen, but overall, a nice property and worked well for our company retreat.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024The tv most of them.not work. One was a foot to plug in no extension cord. Pool room 2 boards look like going to come down. Needs a walk through maintence clean.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023We planned this family reunion for three years. The floor plan of the cabin was great. Problems began right away with a filthy floor. The cabin was very rundown and needed attention. The theater room projector did not function until they came out the last day and replaced it. Deck chairs broken, roof leaked on upstairs bed, locks on bedrooms and bathrooms not functional. Kitchen was not stocked well with cooking pots etc. Many more issues.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023Cabin sits high atop mountain with great views and large windows. Spacious kitchen. Indoor pool was great with waterfall. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was nice for couples. Only downside was projector was not working, but the manager contacted us after the stay and helped to resolve the issue.

Stayed May 24, 2023The property was immaculate, the only slight issue was the hot tub was a little dirty, but it was an easy fix and management was very receptive to our wishes. The rooms were very spacious and it was exactly as the listing showed. My family and I loved every minute of it. There were approximately 33 of us and we were very comfortable in the cabin. The only suggestion that I might add, is there should be more cooking pots to accommodate very large numbers. However, I will give the cabin and the stay an outstanding and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022This cabin rental was perfect for our family of 21. Ages 5-65. We all had plenty of space and the features were exactly as described. The best part was that every bedroom had a private bathroom. And there was plenty of hot water!! House was stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great. The rocking chairs were very nice as well. I would rebook this cabin again without hesitation. The driver to Dollywood was perfect. Great overall experience.
