Great location, pretty views, but most of all the kids loved the game room downstairs. Plenty of space for our family of four. Had all the appliances we needed but not a lot of cookware, like mixing bowls and things. Was clean and we had no problems!

Built up dust on all baseboards, fireplace in living room didn’t work, kitchen faucet needs repair, microwave is missing the ring under the glass plate, debris under the couch, no fire pit

The bear problem was a little unsettling. They got in one of our cars no damage. We did not leave any food in our cars. You need more lights on the front. Porch light doesn’t put out a lot light. The cabin was very nice and clean. We would rent it again.

Very clean place to stay. Hot tub, pool table, washer dryer, Its a beautiful property. Our communication with the property owner was great. They were very helpful. Its a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg too.

Hot tub was leaking down to the 1st floor deckNot sure the issue.The arcade game we needed to power it down every night due to the loud noise it made.Community pool was freezing cold and covered in leaves. Bears did get into the trash and vehicle. But was my fault from leaving door unlocked and trash on front door step.

The Cabin was beautiful as described. This location was close to town. Lots of bears in the area so had to be on the lookout. We really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Cabin was cozy, good location, community pool was nice too. The kids enjoyed the pool table and pac man.

We had a wonderful time and the cabin was conveniently located to all major attractions. We did lots of hiking and 2 days of Dollywood. Perfect family vacation. Already thinking of when we can visit the Smokies again.

The location was quiet, beautiful and offered everything a family could ask for. It’s centrally located to everything but far enough away from the chaos. There wasn’t anything for streaming or children shows but we had an iPad that helped.

It was the perfect place for us to spend six nights together! I think the only thing I would suggest updating is the furniture. The coffee table downstairs was broken, might think about replacing the area rugs, but please don’t take these few observations to be negative because it’s just an opinion. The stay was one of the best times of my life with my family and many memories were made. Thank you! I will definitely recommend your place to my family and friends. I’m ready to come back already lol

The location is perfect for seclusion from the busy town activity but only a takes a few minutes to get to town. The furnishings are showing their age, specifically the bedding. The pillows are flat, and the mattresses have no support. I wish I had brought my own pillow and blanket. The area around the toilet smelled like urine. The cabin could use a good cleaning. It’s clear surface cleaning is done between guests. The cabin itself is wonderful as well as the location. The porch swing is so comfortable.

Decorated to reflect the cabin style. Not brand new interior, but everything works and is nice and clean.

The property manager was very responsive. We saw a few bears roaming around outside which was awesome. It is 5 min outside of Gatlinburg which was very convenient but feels like you are farther out due to the trees, wildlife and being on a mountain. The game room was a huge plus when it was raining or late in the evenings. I would stay there again for sure!

The cabin is nice, but both the cabin and area it’s located are starting to show signs of not fully being kept up. The cabins hot tub is on its last legs. The threshold entryway of the door is about to break. Supplies rocking chairs are uncomfortable at best. The property’s door latch on the trash bin is not sufficient to keep out bears and we saw bears in the trash bin. There are some extreme pot holes on the property’s entry road. It’s a wonderful property and vacation rdntal, but I worry these signs of initial neglect are a sign of worse care to come for the rentsl and neighborhood longer term. That would be unfortunate as we fo like the property and location.

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was a perfect distance from all of the activities. The pool table, Pac-Man, and hot tub were a hit with our kids. It was very spacious. All of the beds were very comfortable! The only complaint we had was that the pool was a little disappointing. It was not well kept up. Our kids love swimming and would have loved to have that as an option on the warm days. Overall it was a nice place to stay on vacation!
