Such a beautiful place inside and out! Plenty of utensils to use that made it easy to cook with in a wonderful kitchen. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Everything was super clean and tidy. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Justin is a great host and was very accommodating. The beautiful property was exceptionally clean and well-prepared, and had plenty of amenities. Check in and out were super easy with very few demands. I would 100% book again.

House was well equipped with everything needed, very comfortable and quiet, while close to the Snow Bowl and in a great location for a day trip to the Grand Canyon, the Petrified Forest, Antelope Canyon and so many hiking trails. Would definitely stay again!

WOW!! We stayed here for a quick family snowboard trip to Snowbowl and it was perfect. The location is unbeatable, literally at the bottom of the resort. The house was spacious, very clean, and perfect for the six of us. We loved the extra touches like the Bluetooth surround sound speakers, Starlink WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen supply with coffee, spices, and everything we needed, plus well-stocked bathrooms. Everything was thought of. Thank you so much, Justin best host ever & we will definitely be back for another snowboarding trip!

The cabin was as describe and clean. It got all we needed and close to the ski resort and town. The host was very responsive.

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend stargazing, playing games, eating homemade food, and reading books. The cabin was the perfect accommodation for a quiet weekend away. The cabin was clean and cozy and came with a fully stocked kitchen! We all agreed we would love to stay here again when we just need to escape the city.

Cabin is beautiful, great location just outside of town, but still remote. No real complaints except 10am checkout is pretty rough for a cabin

Very enjoyable. All the comforts of home. Quiet and with a grand view of Mt. Humphry's, which I have skiied every winter for 17 years.As a fellow vrbo landlord, I am normally critical when I rent other properties, but I have to give this one 5 big stars.

Our stay in Flagstaff was remarkable! The house was beautiful inside and out - it’s clear that the Cohen’s care deeply about their property and are proud to share it with all of us VRBO’ers. :)We attended the Heritage Festival at the local museum, checked out the sunset each night at the Snowbowl, and made it to the Grand Canyon three times. The house is less than 90 mins from the Grand Canyon…wow! If you’re there in mid to late June, be sure to attend the Star Party at the Grand Canyon South Rim. Bashas Grocery is close and had everything we needed to prepare meals and Mama B’s has the best shakes!We look forward to returning soon!

Great time. Awesome view from the house. Nice large deck. Easy access to surrounding attractions.Justin was easy to deal with. Checked on us during our stay to see needed anything or have any questions. Kitchen was well stock with dishes, utensils, cooking pans. Provided body wash, shampoo, hand lotion. We would stay there again.

A week away from the daily lives. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking and staying in to enjoy the view. 10-15 minutes from town for when you need to get groceries/ supplies or want a night out. Plenty of space, comfortable beds. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a great property! Amazing view right from the window! Easy to get to downtown Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. Snowbowl is right across the street! Justin is very quick to respond with any questions you may have!

The stay was great. House was clean and a great place to stay for a ski vacation. The upstairs sleeping area is great for kids. The view from the main window was better than the photos show.

The cabin was clean and airy. We arrived and the heater was on for us which was welcoming as it was cold outside. The cabin seemed well stocked in the kitchen although we did not cook in it. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms which was appreciated. There were soft fluffy blankets to snuggle with. The view every morning while drinking my coffee was my favorite part. The owner, Justin reached out via text to welcome us which I thought was very thoughtful. I can’t say enough good about our stay this Off Piste cabin. I took my elderly parents and young son up for a pre- Christmas weekend of tubing and skiing at Snowbowl and to say this was the PERFECT home base for everyone is an understatement. Luxurious enough to satisfy my parents and rustic enough to make my son happy. They thought of absolutely everything to make your stay wonderful and comfortable.if you’re looking for a home away from home, you’ve found it here.

We do a Santa experience with the kiddos every year and this cabin was such a great place to stay close to everything and owners are very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was awesome for our hunting trip. Perfect simple clean and relaxing set up for our family and friends. Hopefully we get a hunting tag next year and we will book it again :-). Justin was Awesome with communication and great to work with :-)

Everything you need and easy access to outdoor adventures!

I needed to book a property that would accommodate two couples and two kids, 13 and 10. We were in Flagstaff to attend my granddaughter’s football tournament at NAU. This house was perfect. Although it is two bedrooms, there is a loft with two beds that the kids loved. It’s a great location. Not too far from town, but far enough to have a cabin feel. Close to Snowbowl.One caveat, the final 1/4 mile to the house, is gravel. If you drive slowly, your sedan will be fine. And go to the grocery before you leave town and be sure to buy a bag of ice. There is a cute little ice maker, but the cubes are too small; they melt quickly. Finally, the Owner is super. Quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile.

Our stay was amazing! This was the second time we stayed here and the views still took our breath away. This place never disappoints and we will be staying here in the near future again!

We stayed for 9 glorious days and had two birthdays to celebrate - 84 and 14! This stunning cabin met the needs of these age groups and all in between. Our three teens enjoyed the huge deck, the firepits, the TVs in every room and the loft for playing card games. The adults in our group enjoyed the outdoors day and night, and the cabin itself was plenty spacious for all of us. The host answered questions quickly and the home was stocked with everything we needed. But the most special aspect of our stay was the drop dead gorgeous view of the mountain! This is a very special place!

My family and I had a great weekend stay at the cabin! The view is amazing even without snow on the mountain. The location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of space and a perfect escape from the valley heat. Look forward to booking again.
