Stayed Dec 30, 2020The cabin itself was nice. It looked exactly like the pictures except it was decorated for Christmas instead. Checking in and out was easy and the people in the office are really nice. The location was also accessible and the road was easy to navigate. The biggest problem was the water literally smelled like rotten eggs. When you would turn on even just the sink, the entire cabin would smell so bad we had to open the windows. I called the office and they said the well causes the water to have a slight sulfur smell. I told them this was far beyond slight. It was so bad we were all gagging. The maintenance crew dropped some tablets into the well and that helped for about 6 hours and then it was right back to how it started. We had to cook and brush our teeth with bottled water and we could not even shower or wash our hair the whole time we were there because the water just made us smell like garbage. Ultimately it put a huge damper on our trip. If they can find a way to fix this issue then the cabin is lovely. It is really is bad and it is way more than a slight smell.

Stayed Mar 11, 2020For the money that we paid wasn’t worth it not enough amenities the pool table was slanted no air hockey table that was removed the kids were looking forward to playing with their whole class why we chose this cabin we’ve been in Gatlinburg and have been inside the best Cabins for the that price and more amenities But the staff are amazing and were very helpful they called the guy to put some tablets in the water but the next second day it came back

Stayed Dec 21, 2017When we arrived at the cabin it was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. From the tree to the little touches thru out the cabin, it was perfect. It was so wonderful to be able to bring our fur baby with us for the holidays.
