Location is perfect for both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, great communication from staff, the only downside was the back door wouldn’t stay shut unless you latch the top lock.. other than that no complaints. Great get away spot!

The cabin was cozy and clean. The decor added a nice touch. Furniture well kept and comfortable. Kitchen stocked but pots and pans were worn. The location was amazing. Located between Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge off the parkway. Narrow winding road to up to cabin. The host graciously allowed my 1 dog who is old and over 40 lbs much appreciated! The spot was prime. Flat and across from pond. I would have given five stars but light bulbs were out in the bedrooms. The sheets could be updated as they looked old. The master bedroom is a nice size however the bed is small for 2 hubs is 6’2. There was a faint sewage smell from bathroom that was noticeable by day 3 reported it to office and not one came out. The shower was amazing but floor gets soaked. This is a perfect cabin for small family like 3. I would recommend staying.

The bathroom floor tile goes throughout the bathroom so when someone showers, you must wear shoes to use the bathroom because the floor is soaked. The bathroom floor ties were also broken and black mold was growing on the bathroom door due to all the water soaking the floor when showering. Also, the shower faucet had many broken knobs and was difficult to turn on and off. The ceiling fan/light didn't work in one of the bedrooms, the dryer didn't work and there were ants all throughout the kitchen. Contacted the manager and they promised to come fix the issues and spray for ants, but no one ever showed up even after several messages. This is also a pet friendly cabin, however, my dog got into 2 packages of mouse poison. The cabin was not very clean either, cob webs and dust everywhere. There were no bed linens for the sofa sleeper and the bedding in one of the bedrooms has blood on them. The chevy truck bed was cool looking, but it took a 3 tiered step ladder to climb into and out of bed. The pillows were stained and either stiff or flat as a pancake. Overall, I would NOT recommend Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals.

Close to pigeon forge but not what pictures portray. Ants in cabin, fan in room did not work, ramp boards lose, branch hanging over driveway, AC did not work well and the pull out couch was not suitable for sleeping. Would not recommend!

The stay was great for the most part. The problem is out of state carriers do not have signal in that area so it would've been good to know that. The property was excellent minus the carpenter bees at front door. Management was responsive but not great follow through washer did not work at all and said someone would be there no one showed all and all still very good stay. Will go back next time if open

The property was nicely cared for but the pictures didn't show the lumbar/junkyard in the front of it. Kind of a catfish situation. The cabin itself was so cute! The only thing i would recomend is getting air fresheners. It has a strong musty smell. I had to go buy a candle to try to deal with it. Overall it was a good stay for sure!!!

When first arriving you realize the cabin is facing a junk yard. Not a great first impression. The walkway up to the cabin was so slick from not being maintained that my husband slipped and fell. The front door is so difficult to open you feel like you're going to break the door off the hinges just to get it to open. The sofa bed (which had no pillows provided for it) was purely just springs, so my children slept on the chairs-for 4 days! There was a mouse issue, and they sent someone to put down poison for it, but sent no one to clean up the mouse droppings that were in the drawers and cupboards, until we requested they do so. There is a large patch of missing tiles on the bathroom floor. The washer was broken, which we found out after trying to wash a load and the clothes becoming so saturated with water we had to wring them out and hang them outside to dry. We were suposed to get 18 towels, 12 washclothes, and 4 hand towels, but we only had 8 towels, 4 washclothes, and 1 hand towel- and they asked us to go out of our way to get the rest of the linens from their office, instead of sending someone to the cabin with them. We attempted to call and talk to a manager about these issues on our way out of town, and were told we'd receive a call back, but never did. Very disappointing for our first stay in the Smokey Mountains. We won't rent from Aunt Bug's again, and will make sure to warn others of the condition of the cabin we stayed in.

It was a good stay. Alittle ran down but that does happen with age. Had a great time in the hot tub. The truck bed is cool but its a little bit of a high bed hard to get into. It does need a little work, But it was a nice stay for what was needed.
