Stayed Nov 20, 2025Good location, but cleanliness and communication need improvementThe home is in a great location and has a cute layout, but several issues made our stay uncomfortable. When we removed the sheets to wash them, we discovered urine stains all over the mattress protectors, and the pillows were heavily stained and extremely flat. This left us feeling pretty unclean during our stay. There were also no extra sheets provided.The toilet paper provided to start off with is very cheap 1-ply, so I recommend picking up your own beforehand. The backyard setup is also not very private — the back neighbors are essentially right in the backyard when out in their yard, so don’t expect privacy if you plan to use the hot tub.I reached out to the host early on when booking and never received a response; they later claimed they didn’t get the message. A message sent about a month later was received. Communication could definitely be better.Overall, as cute as the home is, there are many rentals in this neighborhood, and we would choose a different one next time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was great.. Just what I needed.. A perfect cabin, for a get together. Great for adults and kids.. Very relaxing.. Located perfectly between anything you wanna do.. We loved it.. Thanks

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family stayed here and everything was so clean and fresh. The owners were super great at making sure we had everything we needed and quick to answer questions… would recommend to anyone. Location was perfect as well for us. The kids loved the game room area. Would definitely book here again

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a beautiful stay! Even though the pictures were amazing, we had reservations that the property could be that great. We also had questions if it could really fit our party of 6 with older teenagers. We are super picky guests... cleanliness and any signs of mildew or mustiness are immediately discovered by either my mom or me. But we had ZERO complaints. The whole place was amazingly clean. There was NO mold or mildew. The beds were actually more comfortable than ours at home. The showers never ran out of hot water. The dishes were clean and hot when the load was done. Even the hot tub was sparkling clean. My teenage kids slept well in the bunks. The arcade game was a hit. I also noticed that the cabin had nice soundproofing... the walls were not too thin and everyone felt they had privacy. The owner was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We would definitely come back and would recommend to our friends. This was a trip we will never forget, reuniting with our family we hadn't seen in many years.

Stayed Sep 24, 2023This location was freshly renovated and was tastefully decorated. It's easy to find location and plenty of space plus your away from the big traffic area. Highly recommend going to Cades cove.
