Very nice property!! Very well stocked kitchen, loved the jacuzzi, camp fire (appreciate the wood pile), kids play area and game room were great. Everything worked and was utilized. Check in was easy - thank you. Cleanliness was 4 stars - could use a deep cleaning ( vents and returns, upper area’s, etc. overall - wonderful!!

Wonderful stay in Broken Bow. The living areas easily accommodated our group of 12, and the bedrooms—each a king suite—were perfectly comfortable. Great property in a great location.

The cabin was beautiful inside and out. My parents enjoyed sitting outside. The kitchen is well stocked and the host was always available when we needed her. You will not be disappointed!

An absolutely GREAT place to stay! Game room was enjoyed by all ages, beautiful cabin, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, loved the hot tub and outside area, made s’mores around the fire pit nightly, the outside grill worked great, nice proximity to all the things. The host was easy to communicate with. Definitely would come here again! Thank you Meredith for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Enjoyed our stay. The game room was a nice perk. The roads to the home are a little rough. Traffic on the weekends are busy.

We had a beautiful experience! Meredith was amazing from the time of booking until the day we departed. The cabin was spectacular! Wonderful detail and provided everything we needed for our stay. This was our first cabin rental for our family. We stayed 3 nights and the kids were never not entertained. Kids ranged between 1-17 years old 10/10 on everything! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Overall our experience was great, the cabin well exceeded our expectations. From arrival to departure the process was easy, the stay was enjoyable, and the cabin was a breath of fresh air.

Upon booking this stay, the host was very good communication wise and even sent a handiman the first night due to the hot tub having trouble heating up. Meredith was easy to reach and quick to reply when problems arose. It was a beautiful cabin and close to many restaurants and we even had time to hike at the state park close by. Only problem was the lack of toilet paper, every bathroom had no toilet paper stocked and we had to go buy to buy more. This was also the same situation with paper towels. Overall, a beautiful cabin and perfect for family time.

We stayed here for a few nights in December with family/friends and we all had a blast. Very spacious, tons of room for the kids to run around outside and play, and very cozy. The location is very close to the more popular attractions in Broken Bow (restaurants, breweries, distillery, ice cream), which was very convenient.

Overall a great experience with family in Broken Bow Ok. Quality cabin rental. Much needed down time. Cabin had everything for fun and relaxation.

Excellent place for family and friends to hang out and relax with plenty of space for a few families. We really enjoyed all the indoor amenities and also all the outdoor activities! Our Host was excellent! Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed having our 2024 family vacation at this venue. It comfortably sleeps a lot of people. We brought 15. It is located in the heart of all that Broken Bow has to offer. It offers fishing, hiking, mineral collecting, bird watching (35 species with the Merlin ap) and many more things to do. We highly recommend the Sound of Sunshine house to all large families. Great, great house!

As this was our first time to Broken Bow we did not truly know what to expect but from the minute we arrived at our cabin we were blown away! What a great experience our family had! The pics on app do not do justice to how amazing the cabin is. Our Host was on point with every need we had, including sending someone right over with new horseshoes that were missing. From having a fresh cup of coffee in the morning on the deck watching the daylight come up with the peaceful surroundings of the woods, to having everyone around the fire making smores for first time with the kids. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the space inside the cabin was great for everyone to be able to just spread out and relax after all the day’s activities! We had deer running thru the property several times which was amazing for kids to see….. What was also great was the actual location of the cabin being right down the street from everything including great food, pet zoo, zip line, and the lake for boating!! If I had any complaint it would only be the roads inside the area to the cabins as they are truly very rough ( my son actually blew a tire on his brand new car ) but just drive very cautiously thru the roads and you should be good but that is in no way any reflection on our host or cabin…..We cannot be happier with our week in this cabin and it was difficult to pack up and head home! We will definitely be coming back to this cabin every year for our new annual family vacation to Broken Bow!
