Family & Pet Friendly, Enjoy a Relaxing Vacation in Tahoe

This was a great rental that more than met our needs. Great location (less than 15 minutes to Heavenly and South Lake Tahoe businesses), the hot tub was awesome, and overall we felt very welcome.

Frank was amazing, kind and professional. His home is very well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home feel. Tons of games and books and a huge TV. Highly recommend this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Awsome thank you Frank for sharing your home.

Our family had a wonderful stay at CasaTahoe. I always love renting a place that belongs to a family vs. a vacation rental only home. The lived in feel is very cozy. The house was very well stocked. Towels, toiletries, and kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Even though the home is formally a 3 bedroom, the downstairs game room was effectively a 4th bedroom that my kids practically lived in whenever we were at the house. Thanks again and hope we can come back for another visit.

Plenty of beds, a lot of bedrooms, and a good amount of amenities. The hot tub was really nice. Overall really cozy place to stay in Tahoe.

The house was large and comfortable. There was a huge yard where our kids had fun playing and sledding down a gentle slope. The hottub was very relaxing! Big screen TVs in every room were helpful! The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. We loved this property and will probably be back. The only problem was that there were no dressers or usable closet space in the master bedroom and the downstairs sleeping area, so we had to live out of our suitcases in those rooms. Otherwise we really loved the property!

A great place to stay with a family. The house was very clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. I forgot to bring bowls for our dog and luckily they keep two there on hand for renters. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tahoe. The home is in quiet neighborhood, definitely NOT for parties, in a convenient location. The home is well maintained and beautifully cleaned. The Overton’s, Frank & Linda, are kind, considerate, and welcoming hostesses. They make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable visit. We truly appreciate their hospitality and have already booked our visits for next year!

The home was beautiful, with it being pet friendly the previous people that stayed must have had a dog that may have stayed on the couches. I’m allergic to dogs I broke out due to dog hair being on me. Other then that it was very beautiful the host were amazing kept in contact the whole time

What a gem of a home! Having stayed in this neighborhood in the past, and quickly deciding that it is one of our favorites mainly due to the close proximity to the river & dog friendly hiking paths, we were very impressed with the value of this home. It is very clear that it is a second home to the property owner as it is fully equipped with every kitchen amenity imaginable, many board games, almost enough books to fill a library, and movies to fill a blockbuster. The foldable chairs in the garage came in handy for our beach days! Nice, HUGE fenced in backyard for the kids and dogs to play in was a nice bonus. Property owner was quick to answer any questions, and extremely accommodating. Will stay here again. Last night of our stay a mama bear & her two cubs walked right in front of the house which was quite a memorable experience!

I highly recommend staying here! Frank was very communicative and helpful. The house is clean, spacious, and the kitchen is well-stocked with top-notch supplies! They even had olive oil, any seasoning you might need, sugar, flour, pancake mix, you name it! Honestly, the house had most things you might need: 3 bathrooms, a grill, a basement game room, games, books, movies, and beach towels. The hot tub on the deck was clean and a stunning spot to see a mountain view sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit, Emerald Bay, Heavenly Village, beaches, supermarkets, and hiking trails. Perfect for my family of 5. NOT a place for partying. I would certainly stay here again!

Perfect location with easy access to trails and a short drive to everything else. House has everything you need with plenty of space and a view. Great communication with host!

Nice place to stay, with lots of room. We enjoyed it!!The only problem we had were the step to the front porch was high, as were the back steps down to the backyard.

The property is located in a great location with ability to go all over South Lake Tahoe and get there quickly! This is a great retro-vintage home. It had every accommodation with great generosity in provisions. We loved being out back with our pet who so enjoyed the coolness and sunsets after the Las Vegas heat!! Perfectly Pet Friendly with fenced area for fur baby to explore. Our 1st day had Mama Bear and three cubs in nearby tree! We waited until they moved on before allowing our dog out. Very peaceful neighborhood and lovely view of mountains from back deck. The beds were amazingly comfortable, home completely equipped with appliances and condiments. A recliner would have been much appreciated! We would rent again.

We love this vacation home. The owner, Frank, is very helpful, kind, and considerate especially regarding health issues. The home is well stocked with everything you would need. The location is a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. We’ve stayed here a number of times and hope to visit again this fall.

We thoroughly recommend this house!! This place was so great for us. The views from the back deck were amazing. It is just as described. The house has a big fenced in yard that was perfect for our dogs. There was plenty of room in the house, my son loved the downstairs area, he stayed there the whole time. Easy to cook in kitchen and BBQ. The owners were so easy to communicate with and made the process very smooth. Thank you again!!

Great property. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. We were concerned about the weather and we were allowed to check-in early to avoid traveling and unpacking in the winter storm. The house was comfortable and stocked well.

Everything was lovely, clean, very well equipped kitchen. What made it stand out was the host though. Communication was impeccable and on the day we were supposed to leave our car broke down and the host was so helpful (called his neighbor at 7am to help us jump start it) and let us stay put until our car issues were resolved later in the afternoon. This could habe been a very stressful day, but because of this hospitality it was made a little better.

Fully appointed spacious cabin/home. Personable and helpful owners provided for all of our home needs during this trip. Large, fenced back yard for our dog to roam. I would absolutely rent again in the future! Communication with owner was quick, and efficient. Location is close to supermarket, gas, and restaurants. 15 mins from Stateline and casinos. Perfect family stay.

Casa Tahoe is our favorite place to stay in Tahoe with our dog. The owners are so welcoming. The home is always beautifully cleaned and well stocked. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails nearby. The view from the deck is beautiful. We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was charming and felt like home. It was located close to all the wonderful things South Lake Tahoe has to offer. The views and street were beautiful and serene. The home was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, shampoo, and conditioner. The host was the kindest and most communicative host we have ever had. Unfortunately, we needed to end our stay early due to a medical issues with our daughter. She loved staying at this VRBO so much that she cried as we left it. We can’t wait to return again sometime in the future.
